Wasn't Jason Dodd capped at u-21 level? Or did I dream it? That's my guess, anyway...

That's the spirit...

Ade Adebayor was in the Royal Box? Isn't that someone that doesn't exist in a part of the ground we don't have? Smiley thing

Matty sits on top of my work PC in the old Sanderson kit. I don't think there is enough money in the world would make me part with him...

On a low interest market that only one bookie is offering, it would take no money at all to make the prices change or for them to be pulled altogether. I'd lay WGS at 5/4 until my mortgage is paid, I'd like him here as much as the next man but I just can't see it. More chance of him than Hoddle though; that is a definite non-runner

No, but when Mr Lynam says "...clause we are being asked to sign which affects our membership status to the league itself" I don't think that sounds like a no-appeal clause. Either we sign the clause and we're in at -10, or we don't. I might be taking him at his word but that doesn't sound like signing the clause would threaten our membership. And despite rumours to the contrary, I can't imagine Mark Fry wants to do anything other than sell the club as quickly as possible. He's probably sick of the place. My (possibly ill-informed) opinion is that it is the Football League that have thrown the late spanner in the works -

I only ask because it seems like I've missed something, do you know this for a fact? What fault exactly do you think lies with the Administrator? Why do you think he or his company knew anything about this before Pinnacle did? -

There is an issue with his membership, which will be debated in a meeting on Monday -
I won't be buying a ticket having been a season ticket holder before because of having a young family, but this poll makes me feel like I'm saying "I loved Rupert, and I hate everything that MLT stands for". Which I'm not. I will be going to Swindon, Brentford and Wallsall, though. Best to plan ahead

I'm pretty sure I hadn't heard that...

I'd rather have seen Kelvin offered a new deal before anyone else...

Lots of skeletons coming out of the cupboard now..

I thought Warnock wanted rid of Scowcroft after he'd said he didn't want to go out on loan anywhere. I thought we didn't get Scowcroft on loan because he refused to move, not because of money issues -
Well, if Southampton Football Club Ltd is to be our saviour, I hope this bloke has a spare million or two in his sky rocket, cos I'm guessing Rufus Brevett isn't the money man...
-
Does the name Mike Diamandis mean anything to anyone? All I can find is reference to Swindon Town from a couple of years ago, and that he knows Richard Dunwoody...
-
A friend of mine used to work for Ross Brooke in Newbury, he tells me that they used to do the audits for Swindon Town. Finding out what he can right now would obviously be pretty unethical, so I don't imagine he'll be asking anyone he knows and getting back to me soon. He'd better not, anyway...

The only people who could possibly have thought that administration was a plausable idea probably also think the best way to do a bungee is just jump and hope someone ties the other end of the rope to something when you're halfway down

If I saw odds of 11/10 about something that I though was certain, I'd be selling stuff off to get enough money on it... We were around 4/7 for relegation before Cardiff at home, and I'm sure on Betfair before the Brum game we were around 4/5 so I'm surprised to see that we are odds against after losing

I'm sure I'll get slated by people with loving memories of Kachloul but all I remember of him was the horrific dive in the penalty box at the Dell with no-one even close to him...

What is the latest date that we can go in to admin without it having a knock-on penalty points effect for next season?
-
There are almost two different questions here. Do I think we can stay up? Yes, I think we can. If we were to get 3 or 4 wins in the next 6 or 7 games then our position would look much better. Do I think we will stay up? No, right now I don't think we will. I think we're a better team for the addition of Saga, and I think we're a little bit better defensively than we have been at certain points this season, but I agree with others when they say that they can't see where the next win is coming from
