He's vital behind the scenes too, and my understanding is that he has held the dressing room together this season. He's staying, and I'm pretty sure that once he's finished playing, he'll move into a coaching role in some capacity.

Interesting observation, and the tech Innovation point is a good one. I look at what we achieved way back (getting to the moon, blackbird, concorde, etc) and see very little progress in that area whereas the advances with computers, phones, medical equipment, etc, is massive. I guess something like this may spark progress and innovation.

Why bloat a squad of players who aren't good enough for this level with more players who aren't good enough for this level? Why add to the wage bill? Accept our fate and rebuild is the way to go imo.

We tried the 5g on 3 and found it very patchy. On a good day it was excellent, far better than our fibre on sky, put atrocious at other times so we've stuck with fibre. My daughter has it though and uses a router from marketplace (genuine 3) and a £15 unlimited data smarty SIM and thinks it's amazing. I'd say try it and bin it in the cooling off period if it's no good for you.

I'm not sure Archer will stick around but he'll do well if he does. BBD, based on what he's done for us, definitely isn't an upgrade on Adams. Charles was here last season, so him Downes, and Aribo leave us where were last season. Defence will be a downgrade on what we had last season. That said, I like Bree and think he'll do well for us, and Manning is better than people make out. With a weaker defence, I still think we'll be worse off next season than we were last.
