Awful, but please remind us what Cresida Dick should have done to prevent this wrong un from being a wrong un.
-
Yep. Sure the contact was minimal, and matey went down like he'd been shot, but it was late and reckless.
-
Watch it without your red and white specs on. He arrived late and took both his legs. No malice, but bloody dangerous. A red all day long. As I say, we'll agree to differ.
-
I'm missing nothing. Var felt it was worth another look, and as a result the yellow became the red it should have been. Its not a complicated thing, or the vendetta that some people seem to think.
-
We'll agree to differ. If that tackle was the other way around, we'd all have been calling for a red.
-
He gave a man a red card for a red card offence. It's not even a one man vendetta.
-
I think people are suggesting it's a wider conspiracy and Dean is the agent of destruction. Or some other mental nonsense.
-
What are you on about? Saints asking the PL to do something and them saying no isn't a conspiracy theory!! As Duck says above, why would he give a shit about us?
-
I think you misunderstand what a conspiracy theory is. Saints asked. The PL said no. That's not a conspiracy theory.
-
Yep. Conspiracy theory nonsense.
-
It was nothing like Chilwell’s tackle. JWP was about half an hour late, and went into both of mateys legs. There may have been no malice, but it was reckless and deserved a red.
-
No. I have jumpers and a pile of wood to burn. Beautiful lawn though mate. Bravo.
-
The man does protest too much, methinks. Each to their own mate, but queuing up for petrol to cut your grass when some people couldn't get any to get to work. I guess we all have different views on what's important.
-
I'm not sure it was, and he has a point. Nobody should need fuel for a lawnmower in October. Leave the space in the queue for someone to put fuel in a car.
-
Absolutely mental. They're doing OK. 14th on their return to the PL is more than decent.
-
When you've only got £15m to spend you ain't signing a proven top level player. If you think we could have got better for £15m, who was that?
-
Whilst I still struggle with people calling for a player who wasn't signed as a 10 and seemingly has never played there (he played RM for Chelsea, not as a 10)being played there, as our 10's have been so bad, I'm now in the let's give it a go camp. Armstrong on the left means another player not playing in his best position though. If we're playing Livramento further forward I'd like to see a 433 (whilst JWP is out) as below: KWP Bed Sal Per S Arm Rom Dial Liv A Arm Djen
-
I think you're the only that thinks it's important. It really isn't. Have a good Saturday mate, and enjoy the football.
-
I don't see knives out. People are realistic though, this will be a tough day, and a defeat seems likely. My feeling is that we'll give them a game today but personally I won't judge Ralph on a defeat away to Chelsea. Although we've done well in a number of games this season, the only stat that really matters is the score and we need wins.
-
Yep...give him his own payers and he'd shine. Or something.
-
Yes, we were good in 2020. We know. Pointing that out achieves nothing, we're still shit now, but well done for highlighting something meaningless 👏
-
I get what you both say, and if proving your point floats your boat, then crack on. For me though, harping back to good times is a bit like being in a relationship that's fucked and reminiscing on that lovely spell from the past. All very nostalgic, but your relationship is still fucked.
-
Exactly. It doesn't matter how good we were in 2020. This is 2021, and we've been shit. If that form continues, our 2020 form wont help us avoid relegation. Comments about 2020 form are utterly pointless.

He's still posting under his usual login.

Sad news, but his struggle against that awful illness is over, and he can rest in peace. He's left some cracking tunes behind for us to enjoy.
