Whether you subscribe to the religious aspect or not, anyone who celebrates on Christmas day, eats Christmas Dinner, Christmas pudding etc, gives Christmas presents, etc, is celebrating Christmas. The Japan deal is the tip of the iceberg, but you'd have to be pretty special to believe that our little nation has the ability to negotiate free trade deals with the rest of the world on better terms than the 27 EU countries collectively. In truth, we don't have much to negotiate with, and as pathetic as it seemed that the EU deal was held up by a few fish, it highlights what little we have to bargain with. The USA deal in particular won't be pretty.
