If a women tells me she's cheated I have to tell her that she can't petition on her own adultery. I have to ask what the husband has done wrong so she can petition. Most of the time he's cheated so the trust has gone. There's often other stuff that has happened. Much as blokes can't admit it, they are usually the author of their own misfortune.

Multitude of reasons. Usually feel unloved, unwanted, downtrodden, taken for granted and all sorts of reasons. Whether those reasons are justified I don't know. I just listen to what they have to say.

I'm a divorce lawyer. Most marriages end because of the blokes behaviour. Women definitely don't cheat more, they just get caught out more and/or "can't live with the guilt" so confess. It's often the case that if women cheat it's because they aren't happy. If blokes cheat it's usually because they have the opportunity.

It really depends what you want. The stock apps are great and cover everything you'll need. Start with going through the Nokia collection. The city lens is superb. Photosynth by Microsoft is excellent too. Tune in radio is a must have, as is one of the various torches. The WiFi switch things are good too. The great thing with the windows phone is the ability to try apps. Just download stuff, try it and ditch it if you don't like it.

I've just bought a new 360 to replace a dead one. I've connected a data transfer cable to the old hard disk but the new machine isn't giving me the option of transferring the data like it should. Any ideas on how to overcome this?

You responded to my point by making a reference to a 1993 proposal. For what its worth its a ridiculous and unfair. There was a 3 state solution: Israel, west bank and Gaza. Israel kind of messed that up by their actions.

What does that have to do with grabbing land in another state? My point was land grab, occupation and human rights breaches in 2012 You responded by referring to a nazi practice from the 1920's. Random.

This isn't really about the Palestinians wanting more though. The west bank and Gaza were enough. The Israeli's decided to occupy both and borrowed Golam for good measure. Why should Egypt give up land? Surely Israel should get out of the West bank and leave the Palestinians alone. Seems simple enough.

The Israelis are a disgrace. The settlements in the west bank are appalling. The Israelis think they can steal the homes and land of others because you need a bit more space. They restrict the movement of Palestinians and over zealously police them on their own land. Then there's Golam. As for Gaza, it can't be overlooked that Israel assassinated a Hamas leader and took out others in the process. Hamas responded, which to an extent is to be expected. Thereafter the behaviour of Israel has been disproportionate. Take last night. Eleven missiles were fired from Gaza. One landed in the sea, the other fell to an uninhabited area. Israel hit with 130 air strikes killing many and causing mass carnage. They then breached the temporary ceasefire.
