Totally agree with the second paragraph. Goalkeepers live off confidence. We have seen it go many times before, some more dramatic than others. Robert Green was never quite a s good after the England error. Didn't our own Terry Gennoe lose it after the League cup final defeat to Forest?

Forster must have really lost it. What an incredible fall from grace. We can speculate what has caused it. Psychological or the injury he sustained having much more significant effect than we thought?

Anyone can get relegated? Well, when I made such a statement at the start of last I was lambasted and ridiculed. Yep, 'we can never be relegated', and the league table last season shows just how secure our premiership status is. No complacency at SFC.

Stop being grumpy. It's our national game and people are enjoying being part of the party. If you want be part of an elite minority sport take up chess or polo or some other such thing.

Whatever people say, it does seem that the signing of Carrillo was a dreadful waste of money. Mope has to be some of the reason, but surely Les Reed as well. Heads should have rolled. The fat we finished 17th (as I predicted last August), and not 18th saved his bacon.

Ha, ha...its always been about money and that means 17th is a success and anything more a bonus. Don't be fooled, there is no more ambition than this and never has been. The cash keeps coming in and the propaganda machine keeps fooling the fans. I have seen through it for years and have been lambasted because I represent an inconvenient truth. More people singing my tune now though.

Reed and co think that Saints fans are easily pleased. Just staying up is enough for some. Then there are the 'clappers' doing a fine job for Les by shouting down, vilifying, and persecuting anyone who offers criticism or does not tow the club line.

I think you are right, I really do. We were very lucky last season, we are playing with fire if we do not address the problems this summer.

I take quite a long time on my predictions. Look at all the various factors, hence my accuracy last season. No one else predicted 17th and laughably many so called experts were way off the mark.

If things don't change then it will be another season preparing for 17th. In business terms the ideal scenario. Mimimum outlay, maximum return and feed the fans a load of BS. Trouble is, the Dalek sees it every year.
