I'm excited to see how Ward-Prowse does!

Palace's team - pretty strong to my eyes. Crystal Palace: 34. Lewis Price, 2. Nathaniel Clyne, 4. Jonathan Parr, 5. Patrick McCarthy ©, 7. Darren Ambrose, 8. Kagisho Dikgacoi, 19. Jermaine Easter, 20. Jonathan Williams, 21. Dean Moxey, 28. Stuart O'Keefe, 38. Peter Ramage

I've had a look around earlier Dune, nothing. Very surprised if there is anything, we're a nothing game tonight to most, in the grand scheme of things.
-
Corby More, one of the young academy lads - midfielder I think.
-
A draw is probably the best result for us, I'd take that.
-
To be fair they haven't been doing too badly apart from the stinker this weekend, if the owners think that buying lots of players immediately equals good consistent results then they're clueless, and I fear for Leicester if they're this trigger happy.
-
Really pleased about this, the kid is the next big thing - he's absolute class. He's just needed his opportunity...and now he's hopefully going to take it with both hands. He's very similar to Jack Wiltshire in the position he plays.
-
He's a good CB, does his job every time he plays and I'm never nervous with him in the team. He's not as cultured as our other CB's, but he does his job first and foremost and that's getting the ball out of the danger area!
-
On paper it looks better than this month's fixtures, but that doesn't always = better results. Let's hope we kick on from here, because this really tricky month has given us a great opportunity.
-
Bart, De Ridder and Martin will start 100%. Can see Lambo getting a rest, same with Guly. Holmes is injured again unfortunately.
-
He just had one of those very frustrating games, incredibly sloppy with the ball, playing the ball into stupid areas and trying to control and move the ball with 4 players around him. He just kept making the wrong decisions, until the last 20mins when he came to life and started to play as he can do.
-
Don't think so. We were outstanding against Derby without him, and very effective against West Ham without him. Of course any team will miss him...but we've shown that we can still grind out results without him. He's very important to us, but I don't think we're poor whenever he's not in the team.
-
I think he was on the bench, along with Luke Shaw - not sure they got on the pitch though. Will be interesting to see if he's brave enough to play any of the kids at Palace, who are in incredible form at the moment.
-
Would expect to see Bart, Harding, Martin, Butters, De Ridder, Morgan and Forte given starts. The team could possibly be close to 11 changes from y/day, we looked so leggy yesterday at times and it's pointless wasting our first team players in this game. Let the ''backup'' lads show that they've still got something to offer this squad.
-
Barnard had another relapse of his injury, so no idea about him. Sounds long-term to me. Lallana was apparentley very close to being in the squad yesterday, but in the end he didn't travel - so you could glean from this that he's also had a recurrence too.
-
Jos. Thought he had another very strong showing.
-
Just had a quick gander on the Reading forum, boy they are laying into Mills big style over there....''Get him out of the team, he's costing us points'' And, to my surprise, they thought we looked a very good team on tonights showing!
-
Probably the more clear cut chances, but they really should have won that based upon the possession and the amount of corners they had, their lack of clear cut chances was down to our defending though - we were terrifically organized from corners. But at the other end we couldn't keep the ball for toffee, and there was nothing out there until De Ridder came on. For me it's now time for De Ridder to start, you can argue he's a great sub...but he's a threat whenever he's on the pitch. Guly has had his place in the team on merit thus far...but on tonight showing he should be looking over his shoulder.
-
Awful performance, but a great result. I cannot believe we managed to grind something out of that, so that's a big big positive for me. Other than that pretty forgetful, easily our worst game of the season - yet we still didn't lose at one of the toughest grounds. At least we can look back on this one as a good point...but any more performances of that level and we'll start slip sliding away.
-
Give it up, you are so poor at being a WUM.
-
To be honest, we're due an away win. Reading aren't as good as last year as they've lost some big players from their team. But how good is it to be able to say that even if we lose...we'll still be clear at the top, no matter what happens. Quality.
-
Agree with you. We may not have played as attractive and pretty as we usually do...but we were incredibly effective in what we did. In fact this performance pleases me more in some aspects, as it shows we're not just a 1 trick pony. We can stand up to teh long ball powerful teams, and have a good hold of these games too. I did think it was close tonight, evenly matched for a bit, but we were the only side interested in getting it down and shaded it in that respect.
-
Yep, he did well. He does a job that goes unnoticed alot of the time, but he's very effective in how he plays. Technically he's unbelievably gifted.
-
I think he's a great sub to have on the bench. We don't have a huge amount of attacking subs as its...in fact, he's probably our only one. So it makes sense to keep that pace on the bench for now. Besides - There's nothing wrong with our current starting 11. Guly has earned his starting place.
