It's the attitudes tonight that's wrong IMO. Too many players out there from last seasons shambles I'd hope to see 3 changes for HT....Mills on for Antonio, papa moved to the right and Saga up front to support Lambo, replacing wotton in midfield

tbf though.....i'd rather we lost this 2-0 and won away at Southend 2-0. not sure many fans would disagree with that.

It's not really a weak team though! still the likes of lambo/hammond/davis/harding/papa out there! this is all about attitudes tonight...and it's all wrong.

2-0 good one saints Shows what a difference the likes of Trotman/Jaidi has made to us - we're abysmal at the back without those. Not sure Gillet is doing himself any favours either has he touched the ball?

They're fine now. the people that have taken over have serious dosh behind them. billions in fact. everyone will be paid and they'll get a fair few bob to spend in january. let's just hope they're adrift by jan eh

This is what Jan tried to do last season, but with the wrong players and with no ''positional tactical sense''. In an attacking sense, when it worked last year, we looked bloody good - but it didn't work often enough. The big differences this year that makes this formation work so much better is the inclusion of a big, experienced, goal scoring target man in Lambo - and an experienced quality central midfielder in hammond. We had Gillet and Mcgoldrick playing those roles last year. And there lied the problem.

There'll be a stiker. Pard's as quoted, wants to bring in a ''quality 2nd striker'' to play off lambert and he'd look to be sorting that after the JPT game. This is just an random opportunity that orose, so we're taking a look.

I think he possibly impressed up there during the reserve game last month. pard's and wilkins were watching i think.

As full strength as we can put out according to pards ''We want to win it - so we'll be putting out our strongest team''

He's could be a good foil for Rooney tbf

Exactly, that's what we didn't have last year, or the years before tbf. All good teams are built from the back and have good, strong, powerful, aggressive players right through their spine. If we get the blend around them right (i.e the attackers) then we'll win most games. That's been our problem so far, getting the right blend...but on yesterdays form and the attacking performance bristol rovers, we have that sorted out.

I'm not sure that Trotman is yet - hopefully after a full season here he can be a good CCC player though. Other than that - we do have a core of good championship players, and players with the potential to be good championship players (i.e lambert) If you add someone like Lita alongisde lambo, someone like Elliot Ward alongside Jaidi - then this could be a top half challenging championship team IMO. That's what pard's has done - built a core of a team of players who can go up a level, you don't want to get prompted and have to replace the entire team again.

Only the odd sub app here and there bit of a waste really.

Easily a championship player IMO. Not as technically good as Bale, but the best we've had since - no doubt.
