Really didn't want Palace winning today, so this is a good day. Palace have Man Utd, Tottenham, Chelsea, Liverpool and Everton in their next 6.

I wouldn't call it a fight, it was a disagreement. Hoedt forced the ball out of his hands and gave it to JWP, the rest of our side cooled down Boufal and he was the first player to then congratulate JWP. Nothing to see here.

Bony not such a miss, he was finished as a PL player before he joined Swansea, now he's probably finished as a top level player. Fer is a big loss for them though, he gives them genuine physicality in midfield.

At least Jack has come out and said he should have done better on the first goal, he knows it was weak. Needs to improve in that area for sure.

He's not going to be sacked, he's there till the end I'd think. Plus he went on and did decent things at Newcastle after he left us, he almost finished top 4 with them.

Just like he probably regrets ditching De Bruyne. He's got history shipping out those sorts of player.

He's a presence, thus enables the team to move up the pitch. His impact was pretty clear to me.

We won a game, what the actual? I think the scoreline probably flattered WBA in the end, we were far better than them all over the pitch. There is still the worry that we can't deal with physical players in the box and we're going to face bigger than Rondon again this season, so we need to shape up on that - although I don't think we have the players to do that as we sold them all off, so let's just attack the oppo. We played higher, were quicker through the lines and played with higher risk, and with risk comes reward and that's what happend. Carrillo will make a difference simply because he's a focal point, he won a fair bit in the air today and it enabled the rest of the team to push up. Tadic needs to stay close to him and it will be like the Pelle days. The main frustration we've all had is we know we have the talent in the team in certain areas, but for whatever reason we haven't been showing it. Today was the first time we had, our big players such as Lemina and Boufal came to the party today and that's how it needs to stay.

WBA are missing Krychowiak, Evans, Gibbs and Jay (who has a slight knock apparently). With our team and the players they are missing, this is as clear an oppertunity as we're going to get for the remainder of the season.

Given that I believe you are 'very close' to Sam McQueen, then this is pretty telling now. Maybe they don't 'hate him', but he's certainly not inspiring anyone right now. (or ever has)

Any manager with an ounce of confidence in their own ability would look at our squad and say ''Yeah, I can do better with that''. I don't think we're as unattractive to people like Silva/Bilic as people are saying, I think they'd jump at the offer personally.

Given the fact that the 1 and only signing we were able to make was a former MP player, you're probably right.

The thing with Silva is that he's proven to be an impact manager where he's been, he gets his methods over quickly and has an instant impact. That's really what we need. Think about the long-term in the summer, need to get ourselves out of this mess somehow first.
