This is the alarming attitude that has covered this season. The ''oh well, still plenty of games!'' attitude, everyone seems to have adopted it. We said it before Palace, and we say it after every wasted oppertunity. What will we say when there is just 1 game left? The club are seemingly oblivious.

Yeah, that doesn't look acurate to me at all. Given Palace's injuries and the upcoming fixtures, that is a very optimistic return for them. And even if we are bloody crap, we're clearly going to pickup more than 3 points out of 11 games...! But agreed - impossible to predict the outcome really, it will chop and change every week. At least it will be an exciting end to the season, only positive i can paint on it.

It is a bit of a parody to be honest. We seem to be acting like a newly promoted club who 'expected' to be in a battle, and the fact we're still in touch indicates a good season (see Wanger and Houghton for e.g.). But we're not expected to be here, if the club were unhappy with Claude then I'm truly dumbfounded as to why they haven't acted. I think they're protecting the brand personally. If we stay up we will be all over the media, make no doubt about it, ''We never waivered, we stood firm in the face of bla bla bla". The fact is that if we do stay up, he still needs to go. So I don't get it.

Yeah, not as much money has been thrown at these latest rights. After the last record breaking set I think it was always going to reduce a little bit. Rumour has it that some of the unallocated pots (the midweeks etc) may be a share between BT and Amazon.

Massive let off on the stroke of HT with Juve missing that Penalty. Spurs are the much better side though, Juve look threatening on the break.

Wolves are an interesting tale this season. Without question they are already up, they're like the Man City of the NPC. Being able to sign Ruben Neves, Helder Costa, Jota as an NPC team is frankly ridiculous.

As **** as this weekend has been for us, this has been a absolute disaster for WBA. Cut adrift.

If we go down everyones position is untenable. All the scouts, wee Ross, Ralf, Les. The lot of them. It would have been a proper team effort.

I'd look to see if we could avoid paying him off and actually terminate his employment for gross incompetence and potential forgery, as he's clearly not a manager and has fooled us. But if I was either of those guys, I’d have made the call months ago. Admit defeat, admit that we got ahead of our station and actually start repairing the damage in the January transfer window. We did none of that. We just kept the fraud in place and signed his overpriced mate. The situation is beyond parody now.

The only thing that would be more odd than this situation is if we offered him a new contract, which I must be honest I expect us to do more than I expect us to sack him.

I spoke to one of the TV Camera men after the game and his words were ''That's a team being relegated, right there. I've seen lots over the years and you just know. But the mystery to me and a lot of my colleagues is how is this guy still employed? He looks like a rabbit in headlights"

It's exactly that. We lord it about saying how we don't sack managers, we get the decisions right., we're concidered in our approach. We lead, others follow. etc etc etc. In fact they made an almightly **** up, twice in a row. Admitting it will be a PR disaster for their Southampton way gumf. He should have been gone in December, he'll still be here in March and we'll still hear guff about how we're ''growing''. The only reason we need to ‘grow’ is because he’s ruined us.

Let's be honest, we haven't had a captain since Fonte went. He was the guy pulling this team around over the years, no surprise we've gone to the **** since he left.

Cedric has always flattered to decieve to me. I've never been quite sure why 'big clubs' are supposidly interested in him.

When you have Gabbiadani and Redmond on the bench it was truly dumb. I like Gabbi, feel sorry for him as I think he's a clever player. But sadly this manager has killed his career here.

I don't have an issue with losing to Liverpool, I don't think any fans do. The problem I have is our 2nd half, the lack of any fight or urgency or desire has just done me in. You can lose, but at least show something. We offered nothing. The problem isn't that we lost to Liverpool, its how we lost it. It was the most boring game in the world.
