We're a decent outfit, 4 games don't change that. The fact is that we're not as good as everyone hoped we were......people were getting a little to carried away on the Top 4 bandwagon, and thus as we start to slip we apparently aren't that good anymore. No, we're adjusting to pretty much where we should be. Mid-table, top 10 - push for top 6. Good side, solid management. Lots to be damn happy about, not many clubs have it as good as we have. No one would have even called a top 10 finish in July, so thank your lucky stars.

I can't believe that even after all this time, you are still frantically trying to justify your outlandish views back in the L1 days. I don't get it. He got us 2 promotions, he did a great job and your views back in L1 were fundamentally flawed - so stop trying to continuously justify them.

Pretty poor Buzzin'

They're kind of similar to us, on a favourable run fixture wise and they got a good set of results on said run. Once the trickier fixtures come, they will begin to come unstuck as we were. They seem a top 10 team, as are Swansea, ourselves, Newcastle, Everton, Liverpool ( lol ). the 5th and 6th finishers will come from 2 of that lot. Now depending on how the league cup and FA Cup go, 7th may also be up for grabs in terms of Europe...

He's having exactly the same lack of impact at Hull as he had here, he is not a PL player. He's as much of a waste on the bench as a Mayuka type. Rather than recalling him and hoping every week he can 'live up to his potential' and 'play that killer pass we know he can, but have never seen him do'', let's just stick a kid on the bench.

Because they're both pants?

He is an absolute ****, but how he's being used by Rogers is nothing short of disgusting to be honest. He is tactically clueless. Wasting players like Lambert and Lallana, that football club can get a hell of a lot more out of both of them if they had some sort of plan. They're not bad players. Rogers has just lost the plot. He had a real chance to push on this year and become regular challengers, and was given £££££ to pursue it, but he has actually managed to destroy the team. Absolutely ruined it. He built a decent side last year, obviously they had Suarez, but they were decent in other area's too. All he's done this summer is create a mess by signing too many of the same - and more than anything I think he's confused himself. Last legs I reckon.

It's another example of the collective rather than the individual. He had better players around him last year - Shaw, Fonte, Clyne, which he hasn't got at Liverpool. He had better players in front of him, Wanyama, Morgan, which he hasn't got at Liverpool. He's been thrown in there as a 1 man defense with the hope and expectation that he will be their leader and stop all their goals, but he has utter **** around him. Add to that the seemingly clueless tactical master plans and obvious non-coaching of defensive situations (that was still evident last year) then he hasn't got much chance to be honest. He's not a bad player, but not a great player - so he's not of the calibre to be able to take on all that he's needed to take on. He's drowning, basically. Or more likely, he's already drowned.

Stop making yourself look an idiot, it will bite you.

Had a really, really bad injury. Swansea spent big on Bony, and he never really recovered. Loaned out to Napoli where he continues to pickup niggles and knocks. Great bargain for 1 season, but probably not much use now.

It's actually titled ''Liverpool's defense'', yet it's all about Lovren. Quite funny really. It's just the complete karma, he was an absolute arse trying to get his way out of here after we re-built his career. Let's be honest, he was a bit on the floor after his Lyon adventure and we took a chance, and a slight gamble. But as soon as a sniff of a big club came along, he threw his toys out and took to twitter to tell the world he wanted out, we weren't big enough bla bla. What is happening now couldn't be more appropriate. I hope he gets shipped off to Russia for a cup price fee in January, shiver in the cold Lovren. Lallana's experience, whilst not as dramatic, is almost as horrific. It's all they asked for. The one I feel for is Lambert, his career is pretty much on the floor now.

Still young in GK terms, and still young to this league. He has all the natural attributes there.
-
I remember De Gea when he first joined Utd. Young goal keeper, failed to command the area, let in some clangers...but they let him mature, they allowed him to develop, and he turned into a top class keeper. This is the lesson we should take from that.
-
lol @ lovren. what a total mess of a player he is. To russia with love In January I think.
-
How the hell was that allowed to stand? Funny, but for a game at this level, absoutley diabolical officiating. Doesn't give you much confidence in the other games!
-
Lovren should be a good laugh.

Fee's mean zilch, absolutely nothing these days. Not sure why people focus on them. Mane has talent, but is the typical eratic player that those type of players are. People cry out for ''pacy wide men'', and this is a pacy wide man. Erratic, inconsistent, frustrating, but still a potential threat. If people want more of a consistent wide man, then have a look in Barca's, Madrids and Bayerns squads - that's where those types are! Long wasn't bought soly for goals, it was all the other aspects of his game which create movement in and around the front 3 - he brings a work rate and a nuisance with his game that will add to us. Not the most refined player, not a natural goal scorer, but still a good attacking option.
-
He didn't bring on Mayuka yesterday though, and started with Hasketh and subbed him with JWP. Mayuka will vanish down the list once we have players back from injury.
-
He's not against anyone, he's just generally ****.
-
Knee injury by the looks of it, he's having a scan today and they'll know more (so Koeman said). Doesn't look good for a player who has shown promise. Must be a horrible feeling, feeling like you're on top for the world -you've made it, only to then get a nasty injury which potentially puts you back to square one - if not further away. The reality is that it's a ruthless league, we may have been looking at Hasketh to provide us competition with Mane away on AFCON - but if he's injured for a while, we will need to buy, and his position in the squad will be pushed back further.
-
Ignore him. Poor WUM trying to lap it up as we're losing games.
-
I think you need to watch the goal back again, and explain just what exactly, in the name of physics and movement, how he was able to magically change the course of his body to meet the deflection within a milisecond? Unfortunately he's not magic.
-
If we pay £10-15m for a player with only 6 months left on a deal, then someone at the club needs to be taken to the itchen bridge and shot. That would be pure desperation
-
To even mutter the words Koeman and job security together is a disgrace. Have a word with yourself.
