30/1 surely? 15/1 to draw Newcastle (home or away) but 30/1 for away?
-
have you tried contacting that Nick in the post above? they are taking a coach from southampton.
-
correct, surprised they've not advertised on here, anyone interested these were the details The contact details are: Nick: 07801 867365, Alex: 07961 030850 or nickgregory2@gmail.com.

No, in England we'd still get loads of lads in the ground, turning up at the game in cunning disguises of dresses and wigs.
-
But do you not think the more people get ripped off for league games and the "added extras" the club squeeze out of people it will make them more likely to start giving games a swerve whereas previously they'd have gone along? and the lack of ticket deals to incentive fans? Arsenal even take out a small advert in the sports section of the evening standard to advertise they had cheap tickets, when was the last time saints did that in the echo?
-
so now we have had 3 home wins in the space of 12 days will everyone now be rushing down for their watford at home tickets? it would be interesting to know how sales are going for that one and the west ham game as no other home games are on sale after those. home games are quite nicely spread out over the next month with games on the 1st, 18th and 29th October.

Palace away with £5 tickets please!! haha night out for a tenner! for those who want Aldershot i'm not sure if they realise what a moody away day that could be.
-
I'd like anyone at home, but preferrably the lower placed team the better to give us a decent chance. If away Aldershot, if not then a London club so i can get to it after work. Definitely not Bolton as we always lose to them in the league cup. If premier team at home Newcastle would be decent as could bring 3k fans boost the atmosphere and with Pardew coming back would make it interesting.
-
i think we will really struggle to score with that team, don't rate Forte at all, especially up front, hopefully Reeve makes a name for himself and gets on the scoresheet.
-
only Champs league and FA Cup are covered in their season tickets, up to 7 games, so far they've had Udinese, then Olympiakos is 2, Marseille is 3, Dortmund will be 4 Carling Cup games are not covered. http://www.arsenal.com/match-menu/3447117/first-team/arsenal-v-olympiacos?tab=tickets

what about the 46,539 at the Emirates?
-
being someone who has a lot of contacts with fans of other clubs saints seem to be partcularly slow at putting away tickets on sale, but they probably get away with blaming other clubs as our fans don't know otherwise. I think we should go for longer selling periods. back on the subject of ticket prices i hear Leeds are charging the skates £36 for the game in a couple of week, yes THIRTY SIX quid, can i be the first to say if they try that with us i will be boycotting it
-
my housemate went to Arsenal last night, he is a classic flaoting fan who goes when he can, but for £10 thought it was too good a chance to miss, likewise for kids tickets, do it for a quid and get them in, who knows and exciting cup tie will have them wanting to come back for every game. Plus all the extra money spent on hot dogs etc.
-
i can see a club like Everton trying to get him in with the scouse connection, but can't see them being able to attract him just yet.
-
I reckon the crowd with be around 9-10k with 300 away fans, disappointing but understandable, quite a few other teams for this round offered tickets for £10 adults, that would be better a flat tenner to get in on the night would be more attractive and worked for Arsenal getting decent numbers in. I think it is also a sign of league football being so high and not value for money that people might stretch to £27 for a league game but will then give cup games a swerve as they feel they have already spent a lot on football this month. i can't justify the cost of coming down on the train but if lived in southampton i'd be there. No doubt if we get to the 4th round and draw Man Utd / Man City / Arsenal at home we'll get 30k
-
http://www.whufc.com/articles/20110601/a-v-southampton_2236896_2396492 they have already had tickets on sale for this game for the last week, and they went on general sale today, most likely they will have sold out their end with a few weeks before the game
-
where was the boozer we went to on the bank holiday weekend drinking pints of Old Rosie? that was decent, 1-0 away win, would take that again. I reckon we'll take about 1200 fans to this one.
-
Hope we are not complacent and keep first teamers in where necessary, would be great to get through to last 16 and get a decent home draw.
-
Some proper characters in there as well, they'll make sure its entertaining whoever plays.
-
Aldershot have won - would like to get them away.
-
AOC, product of a skate who couldn't wait to leave, maneuvered a move in the press. F&ck him and his skate dad.
-
Watching Leeds v Man Utd , Leeds are awful but entertaining watching the crowd, virtually entire crowd on their feet, good atmosphere. I'd fancy aldershot away if they get through (and we beat Preston)

people who go on about "sectarian singing" often don't think about the origins and identity drawn through the songs have a watch of this of Rangers in Valencia superb stuff, whatever your political or religious beliefs there is no doubt that vocally they are one of the best supported teams going. I would not call myself a Rangers "fan" but would back them over Celtic anyday and have been to Ibrox to see them play Hibs, Porto in the champs league 3-2 win, and was at the City of Manchester stadium for the Uefa cup final 2008, i'd like to see a different scottish side win the league though, Aberdeen, Hearts or Dundee United. WE ARE THE PEOPLE.

No, but someone was asking me about the Brighton game the other day and that is not showing either, they put on sale the first 6 games at the start of the season, so that only covered Leeds, Millwall, Forest, Birmingham, Watford and West Ham. We've has four of those games now so you would think they'd get the next 6 on sale soon, Boro and Brighton massive home games - Brighton will bring 3200 so would be good to get 30k crowd for that and 27k for Boro

Don't get me wrong, an away trip to Napoli would.be daunting especially with some of them keen to use a blade, but going there as neutral was great for visual impact of watching their Ultras and being part of the atmosphere. I agree Galatasaray are scum, fenebache not so bad though I went to see them play Ankara in 2007 again amazing atmosphere rarely seen in England, but crowd were fine nice ground, whole crowd singing top of their voices.
