LGTL (SINCE EDITED) I agree the appointment was a poor one, and doesn't look like ending well, but come on we don't have to plummet the depths to the character assassination and some of the spiteful comments made, some filtering from his time at Stoke. I'm sure many of us have taken a job and found within a short time that it was a mistake, I'm out of my depth, or not what I was expecting. The culprits are the people who appointed him, and are removed from the front line of supporters abuse (or at least think they are).

Will he be our first no '99' as that looked to be his preferred no at Zagreb ?
-
Doesn't he play on the same side an position as Orsic ?
-
No one will be 100% accurate if relying on snippets passed to them from sources, but Pilchards was the first one to post the name of Nathan Jones in the summer. His credits good with me.

Will recover pretty rapidly if Bayern or Dortmund make a bid I'm sure.

Rishi will sort it.

Only when things were going well, and the world was interested in how amazing our transfer strategy and black box were. He seemed to disappear a season or so later, after the VVD/Fonte/CB fuck up in 2017 and onwards. I had a chance meeting with Blackmore once (probably 2018 from memory) who said they'd invited Reed to voice the club's position and intentions several times but they couldn't get any response.

A good listen. Adam the most outspoken I’ve heard him. Doswell certainly captures most fans feelings at the moment.

Ever been to Merthyr or the Valleys for a night out or even closing time on a midweek afternoon ?
-
For whatever limitations in tactics and selection, I think the legacy is Semmens and those responsible for recruitment
-
Ditto Brentford after Ankersen
-
I know it’s a different world now with social media, but not even Branfoot pissed everyone off so quickly as this in his first season.
-
Joking aside the last thing we need is a backlog of fixtures. Although our interest in the League Cup will cease next week as well.
-
As opposed to just putting the shirt on and ambling about for 90 minutes ?
-
To his credit one person who didn’t shy away when things got bad or criticism was flying around was Rupert Lowe. Didn’t always agree with what came out, but at least he faced up to the press and fans. As I recall anyway

Tedesco might have been a good choice earlier in the season, but in our current position taking a manager with no EPL experience is another gamble. Also, you’d have to ask if he might be a manager to bring us back up again. Personally unless we can pull something spectacular off I think a caretaker to get us through until the end of the season ( perhaps Benitez, or Dyche, if they’d take it) with a review it at the end of the season deal might be as good as we can hope for.

Like, 11 of them ?
-
I’ve said previously that others (the chairman, the head of recruitment and Phil Giles, DoF) probably did the job at Brentford. Going on what we’ve seen here, Ankersen just talked about it, and got credit for others work.
-
Who was it we looked at and passed on to sign Lyanco instead ? Another great move by Semmens & Co.
-
Wolves, Newcastle, Fulham, tonight … I’ve probably missed some games, but Christ, we could be halfway up the table if he could take the chances that come his way
-
The word on my lips for the current management is charlatans. Unless I’m amongst close friends in which case I’d be more inclined to say ‘bunch of cunts’.
-
He will ultimately call the shots. At least I’m hoping so. Semmens, and Rasmus W. Ankersen should be out the door. And they can take Steele, the Commercial Director responsible for the kits, and the spastic who gave us the poncey wine bar and £22 burgers with them. Out of interest, anyone see who was in the Directors seats tonight ?
-
He does have a valid point. Although that doesn’t explain his tactics and selection though
-
Quite simply, NJ has to go. Feel sorry for him being so far out of his depth, the real culprits are those who gave him the job. Don’t think it will help his sanity staying much longer, especially if he couldn’t cope with the pressure at Stoke
