Has anyone said how the 'vaccine passport' would be implemented and work ? When booking tickets do I have to register a 'passport number', or just tick a box confirming that I will abide by the club's terms and conditions incl the vaccine ? Or are the stewards going to ask to inspect your phone, or proof of the jabs before admission ? Not against this measure by any means, even if it does upset the misguided civil liberties brigade, but not sure it will be effectively managed.

What happened to the 'banging head against a brick wall emoji ?'. Haven't seen it for years but immediately sprang to mind on reading this.

Glad he's gone at last, waste of talent. Feel sorry for Schneiderlin who'll probably end up having to cover for him whenever Lem isn't in the mood for it.
-
That's his goal until 2023 done with then, underlining the fact we'd be best to offload him now
-
Or a ready made song. in the case of Stuart Armstrong he clearly ticked both boxes.

Will now be put to a far sterner test though. But I agree with you. Whenever someone has said we should look at their manager, I've always said we should be looking at their Head of Recruitment and his team instead. On the subject of which, whatever happened to our proposed Head of Recruitment ? It was talked about and then said he was at another club until the end of the season but no one has come in. I can't even recall if it was the 2019-20 season or season before now , but we're still waiting. No idea who our 'head' is now, is it the ex-Everton & Sunderland character with a fairly mixed track record ?

Any ratings on the 'tottyscope' ie how does their Doris rate, and can anyone uncover instagram photos of her with jugs on display ? This will add or detract from the approval rating of potential signing.

You forgot the important "Skacel factor" when waiting on negotiations to be complete enabling some comedian to ask the inevitable question.
-
I'd agree with you generally although I think the youtube clip of Carillo was fairly damning and supported the view we were signing a donkey.

No idea who the individual is, and of course you might be right, but then again he might not be a "cock" . Alternatively he might just be from a different generation. We had someone who retired about five years ago, a genuinely nice bloke and although widely respected within the company and clients alike there was concern over his 'boundaries' of acceptable humour and sometimes phrasing and the like which had moved on from his that more at home in the 1980's. (Not specifically on the topic of race but woman, disabilities etc).

Definitely, I think the market for strikers will depend on which way the 'Kane' domino falls. Once that is known then the clubs will consider the other options eventually filtering down to Ings.

More interested to know if JWP said anything to your nipper about him staying, anything to offer ?

Jannik Vestergaard - Official: Signs for Leicester

Don't forget the Hoddle rumpus. Think Rupert got that one right. -
no bad thing, take your pick from the following and insert: overrated, carried by his teammates for years salary would disrupt the dressing room doesn't track back wouldn't suit our press no resale value wouldn't do it on a wet Tuesday night away to Burnley in November Dixon and Speedie are better

Dutch bloke shot today in the news. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-57853004 At first sight thought a resemblance to (a slimmed down) Mark Hughes.

Could that be the way round smoothing out the 40% of the transfer fee they are obliged to pay Newcastle ?

The limited amount to be read there as far as I can make out is "Fuck Sancho " , his name rather than a racial slur, a drawing of a knob, and 'something, something bastard'. Unless the 'something something' is more racially 'charged' not sure this is a racist incident in itself, the internet things shown is a different matter of course.

Spot the obvious contradiction in your theory

Hugh Fisher could be an aggressive little bugger before his broken leg as well

Interesting choice of Burridge in goal. For me though it has to be Eric Martin in goal as part of the original alehouse. He perfected the art of coming out off his line to collect a high ball with his studs showing at face height for any oncoming forward. think he’d see a few red cards for that nowadays. Jim Steele and Ivan Golac are contenders for this team as well.

Presumably this was done at a time the club were considering expanding The Dell and turning the pitch round.

No Archers as you say, but think East Stand is shown (but not the toilet balock behind it). Depends on what the second strip is of course, but if it is the speculated yellow and blue expect we'll wear it at Spurs, and perhaps Leeds. Having said that don't think we need a 'reason' to wear it so it'll probably make an appearance when least expected - Man City away for instance - just to give it an agreed number of public outings.

Allows time to watch the spectacle of an Italian defeat at Wimbledon. ... or perhaps not after the first set.

I also remember seeing him playing for Plymouth including against us at The Dell. He was a player I hoped Lawrie would go for as he had something about him and made a 'nuisance' of himself against our defence (although several did that from timer to time). However we were in Division 2 at the time and still had Channon and (a then often underperforming) Peter Osgood on the books so little chance of it happening. Very sad. Mariner and Jimmy Gabriel announced the same day, the latter especially seemed an insoluble part of my childhood and early years watching Saints. Mariner isn't that much older than me. It acts as a reminder of our (or mine anyway) advancing years and vulnerability. RIP both.
