John Williams might have given the board a bit more 'gravitas' and experience to handle things better. With a bit more humility on his part perhaps NC might still be at the helm.

Agree about Rodriguez from Wolfsburg, no matter what we offer his club he will be seeking CL football. That said, I'm sure we can improve the CB options, and possibly a decent replacement for RL up front (even if our style of play needs to be adapted).
