I remember someone posting about this defender or centre half after a pre-season friendly, saying how good he looked, and did anyone know who it was 'cos he looked one for the future etc. The response was Ryan Tafazolli , although clearly did not live up to the billing. So, moral of the story is that like youtube clips, and a 'playing out of your skin world cup series' , pre-season friendlies at Eastleigh may not be the best place to judge a player in the making. Pleased that he's obviously done something okay at Mansfield after leaving Saints though.

Pablo Armero was on loan at West Ham towards the end of last season and failed to impress. As said below: I'd also be sceptical of South American signings given our previous experiences. Unless we're bringing inthe real top dollar signings which we won't be, we're likely to end up with a heap of trouble.
