  1. Don't see it happening.Hull are in financial freefall and other than wanting to get away from Manderpr!ck there would be no reason for Pearson to leave Leicester.

  3. Where does that idea come from ?
  4. I apologise for the fact my son has taken it upon himself to post this under my name. I'm not however entering the debate any further, although am a Johnny Cash fan myself, and will also be abandoning the avatar I've been 'given'.

  10. Yes England blew it but I don't agree - despite the final analysis of our group - that it was "within whiskers..".It was largely because of 90 minutes of dirge against Algeria that we are not top of our group.Had we won that todays USA fixture would not have influenced our route onwards.
  11. Yes,that has occurred to me also. Just hope we don't end up as failures but with heroic status intact,as per 1990 and 1998.
  12. One simply has to wonder.
  13. Sir Matt ..to talentless obese oiks such as Corden.
  14. If England's overpaid prima donnas cannot motivate themselves for this one then they don't deserve to be there. Despite all the plaudits after their thrashing of Australia, the krauts do not look invincible, as Serbia's result against them proved. However the Germans always appear able to control a game and raise it a gear, just wonder if we can ?

  19. Looks like we can also strike Scott Donnelly of Aldershot off of our list: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/s/swansea_city/8754546.stm I remember someone posting that they'd heard he was definitely joining us.
