You don’t say? Lacking a penis, and a white face , she’s nailed on. -

Died a while back. Snowflake generation can’t get their head around the concept. -

Exactly. Both great programmes, both fucked up by wokeness. GoS already had Kammy, but had to have someone without a penis as well. It’s not just football, their cricket coverage is going down the pan as well. As for TMS, dear god, some of the chicks they have on there make it unlistenable. What’s the obsession with birds being on these broadcast. I don’t see too many blokes pushing for inclusion on loose women. -

The whole culture of the show is “mates down the pub” vibe. Ex players who played at a decent standard, watch the game & then tell us what happened whilst indulging in banter. All held together by a fantastic host. It was ground breaking, which is why it was copied. The whole thing was underpinned by a degree of credibility, brought about by the playing ability of the pundits. A credibility someone without a penis lacks. You may not like the format, but it was incredibly successful.Ive no doubt the woke changes being made will make it less and less successful until it eventually dies a slow death. One thing for sure, if Jeff goes, it’s over. -

What a load of old pony. Nobody is arguing for “sticking with what they know”, if they were, they’d want Rodney Marsh & Frank Maclintock still appearing. Surely in 2020 people should be getting the job on merit, not in the basis they lack a penis or have a certain skin colour. -
They’re trying to post an update, but can’t access site.

The pleasure you get from actually managing to post is very similar to seeing a home goal under Puel. It’s strangely satisfying after many wasted hours attempting it.

The new bods who are right for this “one moment” will be BAME or female, preferably both. Coincidence, I presume. -

Harrison Reed - Official: Signs for Fulham

If you measure it in £’s per inch, it’s quite a good deal for us. It’s not a cock up at all, he’s not good enough for us so to get anything for him is fine by me. -

Once he’s got Brexit done he needs to get a grip, else he’ll get canned by the party. There have been worrying signs since the pre lockdown budget that the pinko in him is coming to the fore, and if anything he’s got pinker since his brush with Covid. The latest tax raising wheezes reported today are Ed Milibandish and his nanny state obsession with what we eat, wouldn’t look out of place in the Lib Dumbs. The furlough scheme has gone on too long, and he needs a Thatcher like grip on the teacher unions. If The Tories wanted a leave pinko PM they should have gone for Gove who is far more competent and radical. The election of Sir Ed Davey means the next Tory leader will be up against Sir Ed Davey & Sir Kier Starmer, two absolutely perfect examples of white middle aged boring same old same old. Sunak if he can avoid Covid fallout or Javid will be licking their lips at the prospect of a run off against them. Or maybe it’ll be a youngish chick. The ambition of people coupled with those 2 in opposition will mean Boris has to raise his game, otherwise they’ll come for him and it’ll be brutal. -
I haven’t got a clue what anyone is on about when it comes to fixes & reasons. The only thing I know is that this is a bloody good forum & it would be a shame if it withered & died. I’ve no idea what the fix is, but maybe some on here do. Without stepping on Steve’s toes, maybe it’s worth flying a few kites. Are people willing to pay more, has anyone with knowledge got time on their hands to help out. Is it worth binning some of the sub sections and if so will that improve performance (the lounge seems a lot worse than the main forum). Being a dinosaur I haven’t a clue myself, but it’s quite a decent sized community, I’m sure between us all it can be sorted.

Correct. Blokes for blokes football, chicks for chick football. I’m not against fresh blood, Rodney Marsh & Frank Mclintok were great on it, but times more on. The whole basis of the show was ex pros watching games and describing it, as well as Jeff Sterling being brilliant at holding it together. Now we have dopey birds that have never kicked a ball at any higher level than the Dog & Duck X11 waffling on. It’s not empowering birds giving them a job on the basis they have ovaries, it’s sexist and condescending. You wouldn’t have some hairy arsed centre half commentating on netball or other chick heavy sport, why should we have to put up with it. -

Wrong sex, wrong colour. Soccer Saturday heading the same way as Sunday supplement, down the pan. -
It’s unbelievable in so many ways, but the short sightedness of the Premier league is mind boggling. It could be the Trojan horse that eventually leads to the premier league having their own streaming service. 3 o’clock games, every single match on TV, games spread out all week with games every day, it’s a genie that won’t be able to put back into the bottle once things return to normal.

Does anyone know if your away history is eventually going to show on the new site. I realise it might be a while before away fans go, but I assume the tickets will be fished out in the usual way (based on previous attendance ).

Lol, still not over it, dry your eyes. Shame those massive racists Tony Benn, Peter Shore, Barbera Castle & Bob Crow weren’t around to celebrate the right wing deception & takeover they’d argued so passionately for, whilst they were alive. It’s an absolute disgrace that good intelligent people like your good self weren’t given an extra vote, and that half wits were able to cast theirs. One man one vote only works when it produces the vote the top top intelligentsia want. “Power to the people”, fuck that . Power to the elites.... -

If everyone who was a remainer, remained a remainer, you’d have won by a landslide you plank. -

He hasn’t remotely pursed or advocated right wing policies in any of his political roles, from opinion writer to Pm, via mp, London mayor or foreign sec. it’s the one consistent, he’s been a pinko. In his notorious “letter box” column he was actually arguing for the liberal ideal that chicks can wear what the hell they like. . Of course, bitter remoaners have this obsession that Brexit is “right wing” so won’t accept he’s a pinko. We’ve seen earlier in the thread where a comment was made linking Gove to the right. Again, he’s a classic Cameron pinko ( and far and away the most competent and dynamic minister, despite that). -

Obviously, that’s why pinkos like Ken Clarke, Hammond, Jo Johnson, Ruth Davidson & Ed Vasiey were sent to the HoL. The only people in cloud cuckoo land are people who think Johnson is some sort of right winger. He never has been, isn’t now (if you actually bothered to look at his policy agenda ) and never will be in the future. The simplistic Leave=right wing is as tedious as it is inaccurate. -

Maastricht was the game changer. Her greatness covers more than European policy, her domestic agenda rescued the country from the Wet pinko blob. -

Agreed. Nottingham shouldn’t have the Brian Clough statue, they should have a statue of the bloke that persuaded him to take over. I’m also lobbying Southampton to remove the Ted Bates one, and replace it with the bloke that first got him into the clubs.
