  1. JWP reminds me of Stevie Williams, tackles as well, just as quick and strong. Mind you, Williams is 59. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. Most? Or most on their forum? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. Having just finished reading Simon Jordans book all I can say is thank **** we appear to have sane people controlling the purse strings. Some of the stories he tells of agents, clubs and managers deceit & immoral behaviour during transfer negotiations would have made my hair stand up, if I had any. We probably could have got someone in early in the window, but we'd have paid a premium in terms of fee, wages & bonuses. No doubt wanting to insert a relegation clause would have affected things as well. I'm sure Les & Ralph were as desperate as any of us to get our business done early, & Pell would sell his gran to do so. But act in haste repent in leisure springs to mind. 4. I'm not a big fan of the transfer window as it makes more and more of our supporters look planks.Balotelli, now Giroud. What planet are these people on Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. You’re not following the forum rules. Dithering & being indecisive is actually not doing what you want them to do . Therefore being decisive by sticking by the manager, is actually being indecisive or dithering. Deciding what a players value is, what he’s worth & sticking decisively to that valuation and not overpaying, is again, indecisive. As is putting an offer into a player you want but the player or club rejecting it, that’s indecisive. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  6. That’s more like it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  7. I thought the protest was today. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  8. Everrv single Saints supporter would have taken a point before the game today . Soft goal to give away & Spurs were defo off colour, however that's a point won rather than 2 dropped. ITadic so good first half, but pretty average second . Gabbi so so , but the midfield and full backs played well. Atmosphere good for once , all in all a pretty decent day Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Shows how bad our present manager is that this bloke is an upgrade. Did no better job than the previous 2 Watford managers, and their season was only heading one way. Beggars can’t be choosers. Wouldn’t be my choice, but if it lifted the atmosphere a bit could be the way forward. We need to pull together and this could be the means to that end. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. 1. I’ve never said there were protests. 2. I’ve never said fans were everything to do with Puel leaving. 3. Rupert Lowe was ousted by the bank, not the fans protests Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. Protests had zero to do with Lowe leaving. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. If Everton were playing Spurs today and a win would take them out of the relegation zone and up the table 4 or 5 places, they’d be a cracking atmosphere, let’s see if there is today. Somebody mentioned Brighton, they clearly didn’t watch the game yesterday. 2 down after 6 minutes and the commentator & pundits full of praise for the crowds response. Let’s see what happens if we’re 2 down after 6 minutes today. Everyone thinks they’ve got the prettiest wife. Ours have been pretty ****ing ugly the past 8 months and she’s getting uglier Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  13. Well this bit of the article ****es on a few fireworks. “The 57-year-old, who is understood to be Cortese’s most valued advisor on football matters” Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. I gave up trying to predict TV games after our home game against Burnley was picked last season Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  15. Sorry I didn’t realise it was “satire”. Genius, David Frost will be looking down in admiration Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. Only if you’re an idiot Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. It clearly played a part, only a fool would deny that. Let’s look at it from another angle. If every supporter agreed with me and the few who thought he did a good job, and therefore got behind him, would he have been sacked? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  18. Which side has worse home support then? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  19. We won’t go down Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  21. Claude Puel set for Leicester talks https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?share_fid=3658&share_tid=58859&share_pid=2546512&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Esaintsweb%2Eco%2Euk%2Fshowpost%2Ephp%3Fp%3D2546512&share_type=t Some clown thought they were nailed on for relegation once Puel was appointed. 22. Hey donut, when did I write there were protests last year. I’ve put my post up for you to read, can you see what I actually wrote as opposed to what you think I wrote. Feel free to highlight the part which stated there were protests last year. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  23. http:// This is a bit childish, but it made me laugh..... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  24. Why? It was impossible for Stoke , Huddersfield, Boscombe & West Ham to all get 0 points today . The only result that could have gone the other way was WBA getting a point, but they’re still below us. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  25. If you really believe we’ve got decent support, you’re the one on a bloody wind up. We’ve even had people posting on here that they hope we lose. There has been absolutely zero passion on or off the pitch this season. Our home support is far and away the worse in the league. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
