It does. Lefties are OK with her fiddling CGT because the Tories are worse.

SOG should be arrested for walking around openly stupid.

“New tactics” which were imposed by the manager, a GK the manager claims he’d sign if he wasn’t here, and a top class creative player since Jan (Brookes) who our manager has somehow made worse since dropping down a league. Dyche would have got us out of this league, no fucking bother.
-
To be fair to Armstrong, he always scores in training.

Look at what their manager did to his team with his substitutions, and contrast that with what Lego did to us with his. Then look at the quality of our bench compared to theirs, and the complete and utter dogs breakfast the manager made of the second half is obvious. Regard of how many sitters we missed first half, we should never have got beat after going in 1-0 up.
-
Perhaps The manager contributes to this with the culture he’s imposed on the club, telling everyone how “brave” they are and how well they played. He seems to think a hairdryer is for pouncing up your hair, they need fucking sorting out……Soft as shite.

Bottle jobs. Got worse as the game went on & both managers made changes. That’s a damning indictment of Lego head. They got better, we got worse.

Yeah, had we beaten Bristol City I reckon he’d have turned Utd down.
-
He was unlucky, a season later and he’d have been only the second worse.

Martin did say he’d sign Baz if he wasn’t already here, so I guess this proves it…

They don’t give a shiny shite whether they’re knocked out or not. Given the chance I reckon most top sides owners would pull out of the FA Cup if they could. The Manchester United manager won’t get the sack if they lose to Coventry & make the top 4, he’ll get it if they win the Fa Cup and don’t though. It’s not just the big teams though is it. The rest of the EPL play weakened sides as do half the championship. It’s no wonder the competition is downgraded, it’s no longer about the glory. All smaller teams want is the fucking money, I’m sure they’d rather earn a reply at old Trafford then beat them on penalties. Look at us, Poch & Koeman had sides that could beat anyone on their day, and they couldn’t care less about the FA cup. Our cup competition was different than other European leagues, it isn’t now. We care as little about ours, as they do theirs.

The FA cup is done, time to put a fork in it. It’s about as relevant in today’s football world as Vera Lynne is to modern music. Killed by greed and apathy, and that’s not just the big clubs. It needs a serious re vamp & nobody is prepared to take the necessary steps needed to make it relevant. I’m just glad I was around to see it when it was a proper meaningful competition.

Tough injury to take, especially for a keeper. Fingers crossed we don’t rush him back too soon, you just can’t rush these things. Proper recovery time is needed before he thinks of pulling on a saints shirt again. About 4 or 5 years should do it.

Sleepy Joe successfully easing tensions in the middle east again. I wondered why the Israelis hadn’t attacked Haifa, now I know. Old Joe warned them off doing so. The leader of the free world folks

So “too little” now means enough

If you’re going to not score, make the keeper produce a decent save. That way people will say the keeper saved it, not you missed it.

How much do you think the incoming Government should be spending on pot holes in Kent, billions? Harold Wilson couldn’t fix 4,000 in Blackburn, what makes you think Starmer will be any different.

Which begs the question why didn’t she cough up when Ashcroft first brought it to light? If I’m a Labour strategist I’d have told her to do so. She says something along the lines of “ I don’t believe I owed anything at the time, but it was before I was an MP and unlike Tories I wasn’t able to afford tax advice. With it being such a long time ago and having quite complex family arrangements I can’t be 100% sure I didn’t make a good faith error. In light of this I am prepared to pay X amount of CGT that I may have inadvertently avoided. Unlike the Tories who go out of their way to avoid paying tax, I go out of my way to pay them , even if its unclear whether I actually owed anything”. The story dies, she comes out of it looking good, and a contrast between Labour & Tories attitude towards tax. If she can’t actually make a voluntary payment, she could donate it to a homeless charity, with the same public goodwill towards her. Her continued insistence that she lived apart from the old man & kids is the biggest load of old pony since Dom went on a drive to test his eyesight. The reason she’s continuing with it maybe be down to it being a right to buy property. There’s probably a penalty to pay for renting it out so soon after buying, and it’s not a great look for someone to get a massive discount and then make income from it. There’s also income tax implications if it turns out her brother was renting it off her (as neighbours claim). As I said, I’ve no problem with anyone avoiding CGT, but I thought others who seem to be supporting her would. I can’t get away with it because we rent ours out through an agency, but if my sister moved in Instead, I probably could.

We own 2 houses, if I said I lived in one & Mrs duck lived in the other, thus saving me a few quid in CGT when we sold, I would. Of course the lefties on here would call me all sorts if I confessed that. I’m all for someone fiddling a few quid if they can get away with it, but surprised people who seem to support higher taxes are as well. Just goes to show, nobody wants to pay more tax, some people just pretend they do.

Ham & Cheese?

That’s not something you can accuse Baz of doing.
-
Big blow…I was hoping we’d sell him at the end of the season. Now I doubt we can. After all what sort of club buys someone who’s injured. 🤔
-
So the bird made a “valid point”, that totally contradicts your point?

They were German hair cuts. Im surprised you didn’t know that given your incredible knowledge of German fashion.
