The comeback glossed over it a bit, we were pretty bang average most of the game. Way, way too pedestrian, with only Robinson and Frasier showing any urgency from the starters. Our passing was particularly poor first half. Weird line up, with Frasier & AA. Whereas Frasier played well & proved the decision right, AA was fucking pony. Suga & Ronnie Edwards were also in the pony bag. Jack played well even before the goal, but the big fella was a bit dicey at times imo. Cleary Manning changed the game, great impact. Even before his goal, he knocked a couple of dangerous crosses in. I also thought Ross Stewart made a decent impression as well,made a few things happen, which is more than can be said of Archer (did he even touch the fucking ball), and the other mush didn’t exactly set the game on fire. Great result for morale and bodes well for the future. But we can’t play with midgets up front, it fucking limits your out ball and makes the build up too precise and slow.

That’s a pretty fair reflection. They were handed a pretty awful situation, but have made a complete and utter Horlicks of fixing it. There can’t be anyone who thought it would be as bad as this, I don’t think anyone was expecting Blair like popularity, but nobody could have thought him & his chancellor would be this incompetent. I can’t see any improvement coming unless they ditch the dud.There’s no joined up thinking, no strategic planning, or direction. They just stumble along from one fuck up to another. You could disagree with Thatcher & Blair, but they knew where they were going and how they were going to change the country. They knew their aims and they knew the levers they were going to pull to achieve them. This bloke seems to think that by just announcing things and talking about “change” that it’ll miraculously happen.

This is exactly it. Most professional keepers have moments where you think “how did he save that”, with Baz it’s always “should he have done better”. It’s nearly every single fucking week. Does he actually “do better “ because any half decent shot, goes in, time and time again. Last season Ramsdale let a few in where he could have done better, but had loads of “fuck me, I thought that was in” moments. Plus one or two howlers. With Baz, it’s “good goal, he’d have done well to save that”, “ could he have done better” or a howler. With most falling into the “could he have done better “ bag. Me and the snap dragon have a problem, because her dopey friend has invited us to her wedding on play off final day. If Baz is in nets all season, it won’t be an issue, as we won’t fucking be in it.

Votes at 16 will probably give them a boost, and if those Gaza independent nut jobs join up, there could be some interesting battles in some constituencies. I doubt they’ll get many, if any, lefty labour MP’s peeling away and joining up. As Soubry & her band of clowns found out, it’s incredibly difficult to hold on against official candidates when you jump ship, and Labour tend to be a pretty loyal lot anyway. Old Corbyn & the Gaza lot aside (if they join), I can’t see them getting any seats, but they may cost Labour a couple of dozen.
