The blokes been smoking his own dope. If genuinely thinks we were great in the second half then he’s entering Jonesy territory. We deserved to win against an average side, we were ok second half & pretty average first. Nothing more, nothing less. He needs to look at himself, because playing Manning over Bree made us weaker, the second half wouldn’t have been so “great” had they capitalised on a couple of Mannings fuck ups.

Personally, I don’t think this is the thread for “wind ups”, so perhaps Soggy should consider just posting his opinions in future. We may then see he isnt a complete anti semitic bellend……

Fucking hell, it was bad enough when some of our supporters were “grateful” we were in the top flight. Now we’ve got some that think being in the play off places 8 points behind Ipswich is some sort of achievement.

At the start of the season, Id want us nearer the top 2 than 8 points and I’d have wanted a better GD than with a +1. I’d also be worried if you told me that we’d only kept 2 clean sheets and would be dumped out of the cup by a lower league team. He’s done the absolute bare minimum with our squad, with worrying signs he’s learnt absolutely nothing from his mediocre career so far. He’s playing the same shite, with the same weaknesses, he’s higher up the league than he’s ever been, only because he’s got better players. Fuck all to do with RussBall.

Oh, I didn’t realise it was his “scar tissue” from last season. He doesn’t take responsibility at all. He comes out with management pony, that basically boils down to how wonderful he is and how his football is too complicated for players to comprehend without working under him for longer. It’s basically the same as someone asked at interview what their biggest weakness is, replies “I work too hard”.

I think a top class keeper judges the flight slightly earlier & realises that there’s only two outcomes Janny B heads it away (or at least flicks it for a corner) or Janny B misses it. When those go in normally there’s a couple of forwards running towards goal hoping to get a touch. For me, it’s come a long way & he should have picked up the flight earlier. I’m also not convinced his footwork was as good as it should have been either. As people have said, not a particularly bad error, but he really needs to start stopping some of these questionable ones.

We should have beaten Huddersfield yesterday. They were on their arse, down to the bare bones & are shite. I reckon every single Town fan, player & manager would have taken a point if offered before the game. Dropping 4 points against Rotherham & them is fucking criminal.

Another one where you’re left thinking “could he have done better”. To me he looked a bit flat footed, with a lack of anticipation. It was either going to be headed away or miss everyone, so I’d question whether he should have moved to the right slightly earlier.

I had a similar situation when we had an extension built. Long story short, when the work started the foundations needed specialist work attaching it to the concrete raft the house was built on. Despite being assured a single storey extension wouldn’t need that, and the building inspector had signed it off, when the work started it became obvious it was needed. The extra cost was 2.5k and there was a lot of debate about who paid that. In the end we settled for 50/50, between us & builders, so it maybe worth trying that. One thing for sure, you don’t want pissed off builders working for you.
