I see Greta is getting involved now, “no climate justice on occupied land”. I presume she’s impressed with Hamas’ plans to reach net zero.

The “live in a shit hole” chant may have to be put away as well.

Correct. Peter Hitchens has been saying for years, the biggest obstacle to a conservative UK is the Conservative party. Leaving that soft arsed remainer pinko Hunt in post & bringing back “Call me Dave” sums it up. There’s people in the Labour Party more conservative & less woke than this bunch and they’d probably want lower taxes. It’s all just a big centrist blob, Sunak has more in common with Starmer than his membership & vice versa.

It’s a strange one really and it depends on your out look. Going into the Nov break 4th is about par for me, but being 9 points of the automatic places is below where I think we should be. Hopefully Ipswich will have a spell like we had, but there’s just as much chance of us doing so again. The last few games have given me hope that if we reach the play offs (which we should) our style of play will see us through, particularly at Wembley in May after a long tiring season. The key is clearly Ross Stewart, if he stays fit and bangs them in, top 2 is probable. If he doesn’t, play offs.

He can’t post on the actual subject because his anti Semitism eventually seeps out. Far safer to get on the Tommy Robinson bus.

That wanker commentator is a fucking twat as well. Calm down man ffs

We’re a better side with Adam Armstrong in it instead of Jimmy Greaves in his prime. Forget their finishing, Greavsie was crap at pressing from the front and that is what THIS team does.

“The march is about peace and Palestinians, not support for Hamas.” Peter Tatchell; “stewards blocked my way at the start of Palestine march today They objected to my placard?”

I think we’ve found Soggys Muslim barmaid

It was an unbelievable period & he was an unbelievable manager for us. Not only did he win something (when it was so much more important than it is now) but the style & swagger was fantastic. The great great experienced players he brought in and blended them with fantastic talented youngsters. I feel pretty privileged that I was around during that era.

Who is denying the suffering of Palestinian people?
-
There has. You may have turned a blind eye to it because of the poster concerned, but holding Jews responsible for Israeli Government policy is by international norms, anti semitic.

If Baz had won the World Cup, the Yashin Trophy & the World Cup golden gloves, I think we may have cut him a bit of slack over a rare mistake. Similarly had Martinez been rock bottom of the league in terms of saves, let most shots from distance in & was so poor last season that Alex McCarthy was considered a better option, then the Villa supporters may well have “exploded” as well. Not that it would have happened of course, most clubs would have binned him by now.

Same number as the Nazis had when Chamberlain visited Hitler in 1938.

Why’s it a “big ask”. It’s home to West Brom FFS

He’s made one of the best analogies made during this discussion. Whilst every German wasn’t a Nazi, they were who we had to negotiate any ceasefire with. They had to be crushed & had to surrender to face the consequences of their action. Only after this could Germany could be rebuilt & peace achieved . During this process lots of innocent Germans lost their lives including the elderly, children & even those opposed to the Nazis. Totally innocent Germans died as a result of what the Nazis started & the fact the Allies wanted to crush them & wipe them off the face of the earth. I doubt there were many calls for a “humanitarian pause” or for a Nazi led Germany to live beside the countries it had attacked in a 6 state solution.

I think he’s disputing the ridiculous notion that Hamas casualty numbers and Israeli numbers come from the same source. Frankly anyone who thinks that really shouldn’t be commenting.

Poch is going to get a dicking here unless they buck up soon.

You keep coming out with this, but this is how it went according to The Guardian (hardly pro Israeli) when Israeli PM agreed a deal in advance with Clinton. The Palestine representatives turned it down. Clinton had "slowly" - to avoid misunderstanding - read out to Arafat a document, endorsed in advance by Barak, outlining the main points of a future settlement. The proposals included the establishment of a demilitarised Palestinian state on some 92% of the West Bank and 100% of the Gaza Strip, with some territorial compensation for the Palestinians from pre-1967 Israeli territory; the dismantling of most of the settlements and the concentration of the bulk of the settlers inside the 8% of the West Bank to be annexed by Israel; the establishment of the Palestinian capital in east Jerusalem, in which some Arab neighborhoods would become sovereign Palestinian territory and others would enjoy "functional autonomy"; Palestinian sovereignty over half the Old City of Jerusalem (the Muslim and Christian quarters) and "custodianship," though not sovereignty, over the Temple Mount; a return of refugees to the prospective Palestinian state though with no "right of return" to Israel proper; and the organisation by the international community of a massive aid programme to facilitate the refugees' rehabilitation. Arafat said no. Enraged, Clinton banged on the table and said: "You are leading your people and the region to a catastrophe." A formal Palestinian rejection of the proposals reached the Americans the next day. The summit sputtered on for a few days more but to all intents and purposes it was over.

And when there’s a tear up the Soggy’s of this world will be clutching their pearls & blaming “the far right”. Hopefully, this will be the final straw & the organisers will reconsider. It will be interesting to see how plod police any counter demonstration.
-
There was basically a 2 state solution as far as Gaza was concerned. Hamas actions on 7/10 proved that they aren’t interested in a two state solution, their actions have made it even less likely. They’ve probably pushed a negotiated settlement back a couple of generations.

Let’s hope it’s as peaceful as the one protesting Chinese genocide against the Uyghur Muslims.

Can’t believe our black box missed that one, he’d be perfect for us….
