Katalinic

Crabby you teasing again?

Probably about erm let's say £1million?

I agree with this. I would also hope that our scouts are looking for the "next Wanyama's" out there too which will save us a small fortune if we can find them.

Seriously, you are humouring him, don't bother and one day he may disappear hopefully or hilariously re-invent himself.

Do not feed

We've offered 20 million Euros, Roma want rid, player doesn't want to come to us, Roma trying to persuade him to.

You could argue that Targett and Chambers can fill this role so maybe no need to sign anybody. If they are as good as they are thought to be and the plan is to integrate young players into the side it doesn't make sense to sign players that effectively block their progress.

Some even put on face paint and jester hats before posting.

On the face of it yes - the signing would either be a stroke of genius or a complete disaster - I am not sure that there would be any shades of grey.

Ha brilliant, genuine lol.

That is funny - hardly the most progressive move and pretty much makes Pardew's position untenable doesn't it? Maybe that's the idea though.

His twitter account suggests he was in the UK last week and "Done everything I came to do...." - probably just means sight seeing

Probably both and has a number of user names on here I suspect.

Almost every single signing and also existing players in interviews mention NC's influence and the selling of the vision. I know certain posters hate that to give him any credit but clearly he is effective - I don't accept every player simply moves to where they earn the most money.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22913459 Bad news seemingly for Cov - Orange Ken is involved again.

The Hearts kit would be ok if the player took off those kids swimming armbands.

This. As pointless as one of those league tables doing the rounds the other week about who would have finished where if the ball hadn't hit the post/bar but gone in.

God that would be depressing, a complete bland nothing kit, the shirt equivalent of a Ford Focus

Ha, I can only imagine. Lets hope we don't lose the toss on day one this time around.

You are clueless as to what is going on behind the scenes. It's like the match threads when we go one nill down early on - according to you the game is therefore over, we are useless, its the managers fault, the players fault, the clubs fault, we are doomed and if they had done things your way it would be so much better. Personally I have far more confidence in the club than you seem to.

Don't disagree that players such as Hooper deserve a chance - the friendlies last week and tonight would have been a good opportunity but sadly we went with the usual players and the usual style of football.

I actually think most of our players would struggle to adapt to the current England system. This says more about the system than our players imo.

Agree. Lambert has far more to his game than Holt - tells us everything we need to know about how closely he has watched him.
