Yup, it sounds to mke like either Guydamk (however you spell it) is either asset stripping to get as much cash out of the club as he can (i'd guess he's loaned the club all the money he's put in and is using these sales to pay himself back tax free) or treading water like a mad man trying to keep the wolves (banks) from the door..... Neither of these are the actions of a solvent company looking to sell itself... We only flogged players because we didn't have a choice.....

I think we on here have the benefit of hindsight... Many people here (myself included) were in the same sort of denial over the pinnacle bid that many pompey fans appear to me. there are so many questions being asked with no answers. Their star players are being sold off. They have no manager It a month until the start of the season The "takeover" is dragging on and on. Many of us ignored the similar questions we asked ourselves over the pinnacle bid.. there were a handfull of posters (GM etc) who were savy enough to realise when we were being taken for a ride... Luckily we had several other serious parties interested in us... I fear for Pompey.... weirdly!

Because it's pretty obvious that can't continue as they are for much longer.... the sooner we get ourselves sorted out with a sensible finanacial structure before either everything implodes or harsh financial regulation are imposed upon teams , the better.
