On the "legs" front, I don't see it as much of an issue if his role is largely to protect the defence. In the PL, particularly under Ralph, possession was not a priority, and running/pressure was. This season we should be looking to control possession in most matches even if we also look to play forward more quickly than under Russball. He would be an absolute Rolls Royce player at Champ level and if he's keen we should bring him in.
