  1. Yes, I know that. Cheers anyway though.
  2. They will be relegated by then.
  3. This, plus Plymouth may have been liquidated by then (which would be good news for us, albeit I would not want it to happen) and will almost certainly have been relegated.
  4. And the TSW banal comment of the year award goes to.....
  5. It must be a joke. This is a good one:
  6. Quite right. Although we were on top during the narrow phase too. We tried something, it didn't work, we changed it, we won easily. Great stuff. Next.

The first half was not dog shyte at all. We were in complete control. We had chosen to play a very narrow system. In hindsight, this didn't work as we struggled to play the final ball. Adkins saw that and changed it and we won easily. Solid professional performance. If you watched Man U or Chelsea win a home league game like that you would be impressed with how clinical and what a machine they are.

No. It looked better becaause Swindon capitulated having gifted us two goals.
  9. This. It is obviously just a ploy.
  10. Kelvin out! He is rubbish!!111!!1 The defence have no confidence in him and always look like they will literally do a poo in their pants. And his kicking gives away loads of goals and there was a cross once he didn't catch and if he would just throw it out to a full-back every time without even considering whether it would put us under pressure we would be better FFS.
  11. Exactly. Our support is far better than the vast majority of clubs.

    Completely wrong.

He's not the most gifted on the ball but he does add the movement and dynamism that Hammond and Schneiderlin do not naturally exhibit. If he was playing for the opposition you would hate him. He's a player the squad completely lacked but now, as usual, some will criticise him for not being a different type if player. Is he top Championship standard? No. Is he exactly what we needed to add to our squad? Yes. Hammond is our best central midfielder and Chaplow probably complements him more than Morgan.
  14. TBF he made bad decisions in our favour too. Lambert needs to go to ground more often. Barnard is very good at it.

That and the fact it obviously was him.
  16. Yeah, watch out Hatch.

18? I heard it was 19? Either way, I'm surprised Norwich have the time, what with finalising Martin's move to us.
  18. No, not "this" at all. Peterborough clearly want more than £3m to sell him to a club in a higher division. They would want even more to sell him to their main rival. He is a decent player at this level but if we paid over £3m for him we would look pretty stupid IMO.
  19. I sort of agree. I don't buy into the view that CMS will be happy to just play out the season in the knowledge that he will get a move anyway in the summer. This is just about the best move he could get at the moment (other than being signed by Blackpool for a brief Prem stint!) as it provides him with a realistic chance of Prem football (and potentially Prem wages) at a club with decent potential. Who's to say Norwich will still be interested in him if they secure promotion? They will then know they have a vastly increased income on the way and may set their sights higher. At the moment I guess they are looking for that "final push" and think he is the best person available to make sure they get out of the Championship. If I was CMS I would be pushing hard for this move.

Exactly. I see the latest Saints Web "fact" is that we will pull out of a deal if it gets reported which is obviously bull****.
  21. Lee Todd Was purchased along with Paul Jones as part of a deal for circa £1.5m (Todd was £0.0005m). Had to stand on the lower rungs of a step ladder for their joint photo shoot. Dave Jones should have known better.
  22. Confident Benjii.
  23. Not winning every game could possibly be not a necessity.
  24. We have 12 games left. Six at home. We should expect to win all home games. Winning 9 or 10 of our matches is not an unrealistic expectation. Also, the Plymouth postponement could work out to be a good thing as they may well be relegated by the time the match comes round.
