  1. Well, bascially.... I just can't see how they can continue the fudge any longer. This changes the ball-game. This is a sworn statement to the court. Porky-pies will be a big no-no. I predict mass resignations tomorrow or Wednesday at PFC, assuming that Vantis are doing the job properly and there is no takeover.
  2. Great!
  3. Just done a bit of digging around into Statements of Affairs. They're shafted.
  4. Are you going to sign up?
  5. I heard that the Collective of United National Turnaround Stevedores from Portsmouth started the whole thing.
  6. Happy birthday sir!
  7. Worst post on this forum ever?
  8. Maybe he will. By its very nature, improvement requires time. Most of his recent starts before the last two or three games seem to have been in the cups; mostly against League One teams and his return is pretty good IMO. Frankly, this is one of those occasions where I think anyone who doesn't agree with me is just a bit clueless as it's so screamingly obvious that he's a very good player at this level.
  9. We will probably be in League One. He is far better than League One standard. Quite simply, therefore, he should be signed.
  10. Ok mate, that's cool.
  11. Might get to the semis but Birmingham should be favourites and anyway, at that stage they'll probably come up against Villa or Chelsea and that will be that. Actually, are the semis after 1 March? They probably won't make it that far.
  12. LOL at the first paragraph. Christ, you actually believe them! And as to the second... er.. if you need money you haven't got yet to pay your liabilities as they fall due you're insolvent. HTH.
  13. I'm not sure you need to look to Government to find that attitude - I expect it comes from HMRC themselves.
  14. Merovingian - the point is this: you are subject to insolvency proceedings and you are increasing your outgoings. Do you not find that a wee bit suspicious?
  15. HMRC want them wound up - there can be no doubt about that. If they didn't they wouldn't have served a winding up petition and their barrister wouldn't have gone for the jugular. If the PL advance them some money then it has to come with a points deduction. This then means relegation and no parachtue payment = insolvency next year instead.
  16. The player on the pitch who seemed the most passionate about the occasion was Lallana and it's probably not a coincidence that he came through the youth them in the way that Gerrard, Carragher and other dirty northerners have done.
  17. That would be interesting but I think our next match is Norwich away (?) and I reckon we might wait for an "easier" fixture before trying out such an attacking line-up. At least we have some options anyway.
  18. Aldershot is reet oop north man!
  19. Will be interesting to see how we line up next wkend with Puncheon available. Think I would give Antonio a rest, move Lallana to the right and play Puncheon wide left.
  20. I didn't even hear that one. Only heard them at the end because most people had left. Their support really is rubbish.
  21. After yesterday's uplifting match I find myself less interested in their finances as I am now 100% convinced they are getting relegated. They are rubbish. Still be funny if they went bust though.
  22. Bunch of losers.
  23. What a stupid thing to sing given the circumstances you thick inbred morons.
  24. Made me massively at the end when they started singing "One team in Hampshire". If you ask me that's a pretty thick song for them to be singing given the circumstances.
