Can't fault them really. Shame Torquay scored a couple but apart from a 10 min spell in the first half ti sounded like one way traffic. At the end of the day, in the cup getting to the next round is all that matters. Coming back from two down could actually do more for our self-belief than comfortably seeing off a weaker team. Also, crowd of over 9,000 is excellent.

We don't know that he's bought any of the assets Gaydamak retained. It's the same as the last take-over at the moment except this guy isn't famous. It might turn out to be good, it might not, but all we have are a few comments from some bloke involved. He only surfaced when they appeared at death's door and Storrie was frantically trying to get some investors together. Now could he be an opportunist taking a relatievly cheap punt.... er, yes he could. Could he be a mega-wealthy dream-owner... er, yes he could. Does anyone know? No.
