Is it because other teams have poor sports psychology or is it our supreme fitness?

Get in!!!! £2 on Trottman first goal. That's £66 thanks (ps was bricking it for a bit there!)

Can't wait for people with some intellectual capability to pick up the reins again instead of the present dimwitted, aspiration-bereft charlatans.
-
I wonder whether it will be Schneiderlin or Hammond who will get forward more than the other?
-
Does it? Maybe it shows that success provides stability.

Well, you would if I had not already!

You should all listen to Radio 5 Live. It's rather good.

I don't think anyone can blame Surman for moving to Wolves. He had a chance to prove he could cut it in the Prem and he had several seasons of regular league football behind him - he would have been mad not to give that a go. If it doesn't work out he can drop back to the CCC where he clearly is a decent player. Personally, I don't think he's good enough to play as a winger in the Prem and I don't think he's good enough to play centre mid unless he has an exceptional partner alongside him. I think it's a different situation to the likes of Bale or Walcott who arguably moved too early in their development (Bale in particular, who is in danger of squandering one of the most prodigious natural talents I have seen in a Saints player).

Those two were utter....

I think it's not so much the suggestion that Pardew has to deliver some tangible progress by Christmas (which I have every confidence that he will do) that riled people, it's the positioning of the statement alongside clubs who have sacked their manager therefore implying that Pardew deserves to be in the same category of "under threat" manager. If we didn't have the minus 10 we would currently be about 15th in the league I think and only 6 points off the play-off spot, whilst also moving in the right direction and conitnuing to add good players to the squad. If people had been asked if that was acceptable during the summer, I'm pretty sure that 99% would have said "yes" which is why the conflagration of Pardew's position with that of Barnes etc.. is a complete nonsense.

TBH they probably just copied the 442 one or looked at a Wiki page which referenced the 442 one. We are off people's radar at the moment...I don't think we will be in a couple of years though!

It would make more sense to have c. 27,000 temporary seats.

Anyone been sacked for having a pint yet?
-
Some people didn't believe this and it caused a strop.
-
Both are clearly decent managers that we were/are lucky to have in the respective situations we were/are in. I just thank our lucky stars we don't have Lowe around any more to scupper their efforts.

Ok. "I have not seen him play.... because despite being signed some time ago now he has never appeared to be anywhere near the first team. I can only conclude this is because he is ****e given that we have been rather weak in his specialist position for some time.... but wish him good luck and I hope Lincoln want to sign him."

Mark Silas Jacob is a lawyer at a firm called Fuglers and a big Spurs fan. Quite possibly a Jew. http://www.fuglers.co.uk/people.html

What, you mean that time we spent £1m on Schneiderlin, that era?
-
Yes, that is why I like it. :-\"
-
I like Roy Hodgson. I also like the way he says "r".
-
Not really. If you don't show up as a director of an insolvent company when the relevant records are searched, you have no prior involvement in football and no known criminal convictions of a certain type you will be "fit and proper".
-
Don't be silly. £1 advance, £1.50 on the door.

Michael Ali Al-Faraj Fialka?

We got twice as many as Charlton tonight and also more than Leeds. Fair play to all who went. If we're at home in the next round I would like to see prices lowered a bit more to encourage a crowd of 12,000+. That said, if we're drawn against a bigger League One side or a local side, the crowd will probably increase anyway. Just shows the latent support this club has and that if it had been managed properly historically it really should have cemented its place amongst the top 12 in the country (still let's not talk about all that again!).

Can't fault them really. Shame Torquay scored a couple but apart from a 10 min spell in the first half ti sounded like one way traffic. At the end of the day, in the cup getting to the next round is all that matters. Coming back from two down could actually do more for our self-belief than comfortably seeing off a weaker team. Also, crowd of over 9,000 is excellent.
