Let's do it for Jan.

LOWE OUT. Regards.
-
Muting?
-
The figure is correct. For some reason best known to them, the main anti-Lowe shareholders decided to strop out before the vote.

"Duty to inform" is probably a bit OTT as this guy is probably retained, if at all(!), in some sort of consultancy capacity. I doubt he's a fully paid up employee with official accountabilities. Having said that, if a shareholder asks the question of the board as to whether there is a person employed as a strategic go-between of the head coach and the chairman I think they ought to furnish that shareholder with an honest and frank answer, particularly if the individual in question is alleged or perceived to have had "hands-on" influence in the day to day football strategy.

- I'm not a photocopier salesman. I don't know why people keep saying that.... Sure, I've sold the odd photocopier, but y'know....
-
I can confirm that some people from public school do not write impressively and further that supreme clarity of exposition in the written word is not a prerequisite for the holding of positions of executive power in small to medium sized companies.
-
Don't be fooled - he's a master of the Geoff Capes Steward disguise.
-
As long as dey are all there for it, and have de confidensh to make a trainingsh, dish ish good.
-
That's ********. Lowe's got him signed up to a mega confidentiality agreement.
-
Kim is on top of it. Chill Winston.

Standard common decency of an employee who values their income TBF.
-
Bloody annoying that he looks like an "Oligarch" as well.
-
Having read that I'm extremely worried. Can anyone confirm this: Does van Der Waals have a penchant for short-sleeve shirt and tie combos?
-
There are 4 directors and the above mentioned are none of them. As for getting there on their timetable.... better to make them leave on the crowd's timetable IMO.
-
It's only a game.
-
I agree with Didcot. This protest plan is a bit flacid IMO.
-
Be in the ground by 2? Stuff that, what about the final pre-match pintage.
-
- Holiday with a perv / eaten by mum? - Holiday with a perv / eaten by mum? It was an intractible situation for the poor little blob.

Yes, that's why my reply was so bland! I have no idea who owns it!

If it is an asset of a company in administration it will be under the control of the administrator of that company.

The directors would be likely to place the company into voluntary administration if they believed it was insolvent and trading. There are potential consequences for them if they trade insolvently. If we are relying on selling players in January and we cannot do so then there's nothing surprising about hearing that wheels may be put in motion for readyness at the end of the window. As for a CVA - they generally do not work. In any case, it would be Aviva calling the shots in such a scenario rather than Lowe. The board can force their hand by voluntarily entering insolvency proceedings but they can't make them accept an offer. I believe Barclays are an unsecured creditor so are down the pecking order.

Whoever he is, I bet he's much better than Pearson.

I saw a steward punched in the face by some lardy little gob-****e and all he did was shake his head and tell the lad to stop. The lad was then, quite rightly ejected, squeeling and wriggling like a bloated little piggy. How many on here can say they would have had the restraint not to lay the little idiot out? Having said that it looked as though they were a bit heavy handed with one of the lads who got on the pitch, but frankly, if you leg it on to the pitch you're risking a bit of a bundle. He should just be thankful that David Speedie doesn't play for us anymore

We need to sack both but one is more of a long-term objective than the other. They aren't mutually exclusive. I fully accept the next appointment is likely to be no better given Lowe's propensity for making appalling decisions and being inept, however I would estimate our chances of staying up at about 5% at the moment so, in my opinion, it is a small gamble and worth taking.
