He seems to be a good lad with a great attitude and he's mature for his age and is consistent. But I don't see him as a top, top player. He's not great at tackling, he's not the most physical, he can finish but isn't Lampard/Scholes prolific, he can pass but isn't Pirlo... he's basically a slightly more sophisticated Hojbjerg. He's not creative enough to be a number 10 and not physical enough to play much deeper in England. He should milk West Ham for whatever he can then head to Spain / Italy in a couple of years.
