  1. I'm a little slow. But I do get there in the end.
  2. I'm beginning to hate Spurs.
  3. Thanks. So many posters here go on about our depleted squad, but neglect to mention that Nouveau Château United are equally crocked.
  4. Well, according to rule Rule 6.6.3 it looks like you're technically wrong.
  5. I don't think we can afford that.
  6. Unless we can recall Boruc in an emergency (and I don't think we can) I think a decent back-up GK is essential this window. Along with a striker.
  7. I think you are over-estimating the Geordies. They are more crocked than we are. http://www.sportinglife.com/football/live/match-preview/313602/newcastle-united-v-southampton Midfielders Mehdi Abeid (foot), Siem de Jong and Gabriel Obertan (both thigh) and Rolando Aarons (hamstring) are all on the comeback trail, although none are expected to make the squad for Saturday's Barclays Premier League clash with Southampton. Jonas Gutierrez continues his battle for fitness after recovering from testicular cancer, while goalkeepers Rob Elliot (thigh) and Jak Alnwick (shoulder), defender Steven Taylor (Achilles), utility man Ryan Taylor (knee) and striker Adam Armstrong (foot) are still out, while Cheick Tiote and Pa**** Cisse are away on African Nations Cup duty.
  8. None at all. And you'd have thought he would be used to that by now.
  9. Second goal: http://fat.gfycat.com/SlowVigorousAmericanrobin.webm
  10. Good job Big Vic isn't injured as well. Oh....
  11. Thanks. Got this working as a backup, but at the moment vipleague seems to be a better quality.
  12. http://www.vipleague.se/football/276250/1/ipswich-town-vs-southampton-fc-live-stream-online.html
  13. Thanks Art. With Firefox plugin anonymoX I can usually circumvent the non-UK IP block for BBC 1 online.
  14. If anyone finds a good stream for tonight please post here. Ta!
  15. That may or may not be true, but he helped lay the foundations, and without him we wouldn't be where we are today. NC brought ML to the club, and we'd probably still be festering in the lower divisions if he hadn't. NC was fantastic for us, but in hindsight he probably left at just the right time.
  16. That's true. If we'd won the cup, or finished runners up to Arse, we would've got into the Europa league.
  17. Nope, but 13 from 15 is.
  18. Both.
  19. Thank you Whelk. Of course we all want both, the point of the thread is if only one is achieved, which would you prefer. If the choices were Cup, 4th, or both, it would be bloody pointless.
  20. Come on some of you lot, you know "both" is not allowed. Normally I'd say Cup, but finishing 4th this year could be the difference between Morgan, Nathan, Toby and others signing a new contract or leaving. Not to mention the other talent we could attract. Possibly the start of something big. A once in a lifetime opportunity?
  21. [h=3]MIKE WALTERS[/h]Premier League : 1. Manchester United 2. Chelsea 3. Manchester City 4. Arsenal 18. Swansea 19. West Brom 20. Southampton Champions League : Chelsea FA Cup : Liverpool League Cup : Manchester City Championship : Wigan League One : Sheffield United League Two : Portsmouth
  22. Corrected for you.
  23. He only made 3 appearances, so I doubt that.
