  1. Why don't you just admit you were wrong?
  2. “Fans can watch videos on our big screen and have food brought to their seat or enjoy the concourse TVs around the refreshment kiosks and buy their food the traditional way.” Now I understand what the Storrie teller meant when he said about them going to a new level. But is it enough to take their minds off the cesspit they have to sit in, and the rubbish on the pitch in front of them?

  4. ...
  5. A defeat on penalties would be very demoralising.
  6. I would say the current Belgium squad is stronger than that. Of course that is a matter of opinion, but for a country 1/5 the size of ours their current squad is amazing, and surely is a golden generation by their standards, if not ours.
  7. That reminds me of this classic: "And for those of you watching on black-and-white sets, Everton are wearing the blue shirts." - David Colemanball
  8. Home draw against a fellow minnow please. They have a chance of winning that. Likewise in the second round. And then a rogering in the third round from today's 3rd placed team in the PL. I 12-0 would look forward that.
  9. We'd probably be languishing with the bottom dwelling, scum sucking, fish if it wasn't for him (and Markus). His ruthlessness, drive and determination is unbelievable. He deserves all the praise he is getting, and I hope he plans to be with the Saints for a long time.
  10. Nice match analysis here: http://www1.skysports.com/football/live/match/287372/analysis
  11. Insert picture here ......
  12. When England again get knocked out in the quarter-finals in a penalty shoot-out, I wouldn't bet against Belgium being the team to do it. Hazard, Dembélé, Fellaini, Kompany, Vermaelen, Mignolet, Vertonghen, Mirallas, Benteke, Lukaku, Witsel, Defour. That's what you call a golden generation.
  13. Actually I would say the early start here is an advantage. If BPL matches were later in the day, they would clash with professional lardball, college lardball, ice hockey fighting, pro and college basketball, etc.
  14. Not to mention we are not being run by arms dealers, child maimers, pension thieves, non-existent sheiks, crooks and morons.
  15. That's a real shame. Arguably Connolly is their best player when he is not in the treatment room.
  16. http://www.sportinglife.com/football/news/article/165/8978858/rvp-injury-worries-moyes RVP out?
  17. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24552155 2-0 to Manure, "comfortably". Strange that our strength is attack, I could've sworn it was our defence. I would have to back them to beat Southampton, and comfortably. This is a good Saints team and they will go and attack, because that is their strength.
  18. DFCSBs. After reading that nauseating drivel, I'm going to have to do a Nick here, and say they haven't been punished enough. Maybe after a few years of festering in L2, then dropping out of the league, another administration, and finally liquidation, they'll finally admit their cheating wasn't worth it. Maybe.
  19. That's 10 hours of my life I'll never get back.
  20. Or ashamed about, it seems: "We will be able to hold our heads high and sleep at night".
  21. Yo Bearsy, you spelt knob wrong.
  22. Agreed. I'd drop Lambert and bring in Cork or Davis alongside Spiderman, with VW as a sweeper between them and the back 4. I think our defence is better than theirs (when all are fit), but they have a vastly superior choice of attacking talent in their squad. I'd be very happy with a draw (unless we're 3 up with 15 minutes to go and blow it!)
