I reckon he could end up at Liverpool. They need a left back and he'd be a lot happier with his ex Saints colleagues.
-
In Austin we have an excellent penalty taker but we desperately need a goal scoring striker. Austin sadly is not. Can't see things change till we sign a striker who scores regularly.
-
Forster has to take the blame for most goals scored against us. He's been shocking, slow reactions and really poor, even with his goalkicks. Dave Watkins doesn't seem to be addressing the problems. In fact our goalkeepers seem to losing their previous strong points.
-
Forster has been terrible yet again. Could have saved both goals. His goal kicks constantly bring the opposition back into attack. What the hell does Dave Watson do to earn his salary>

Seeing Roy Hodgeson sitting in the Directors box behind Ralph last night leaves me nervous that he might be involved with Lander Development. Would hate to see us ha ING him involved with development or the Academy Definitely Roy is a big pal of Les. Worrying

Saints 1 Sunderland 0 - Arsenal away in the quarter-final
ART replied to St Chalet's topic in The Saints
Claude Puel has shown he has total belief in himself, in his players, and has nerves of steel. Above all he never panics. A truly great manager who knows how to get the best out of his players. Took guts to replace Rodriguez with Olomola, who looked awful at first, yet he settled down and didn't look so bad once he'd gained confidence. Puel maintained his nerve with later substitutions when a manager of less courage might have gone for VVD. McCarthy did well to hold the goal when he was obviously in pain. Thank goodness Sunderland never equalised and the match gone to penalties. Once again Claude showed his faith and cast iron nerves. The draw for the next round gives Puel the opportunity to get one over his former mentor, having grown in experience since we played them in the Premier League. -
After reading medical reports that state heading the ball causes memory loss, Im inclined to feel that our lot have forgotten where the interior of the goal is. Certainly the case where Long has been concerned.

I can't thank you enough for posting this quality article. Really encouraging and inspiring. A must-read for every Saints supporter

Look at all the strikers who have learned their trade at Blackburn. I was certain Sam would make good given the right club and opportunity.i look forward to that day soon that those who never see anything positive in our lads, will eat their words. Who is to say he wouldn't have done well if given the chance last night. Puel knows what he's doing and by the end of the season I am certain a lot of the Academy players will be fighting for selection in the first team.

Gutted. Big mistake starting going Long. Would have been better if Steven Davis had been playing first half Another good game from McQueen. Martina ran miles and put a Ross some great balls. I think we got caught out by Inters game plan. They struck when we least expected and then piled on the pressure. If we beat City I won't feel so hard done by tonight's result

Have been somewhat amazing at seeing Neil Warnock bringing in a number of players out of contract to bolster his Cardiff. Out of contract players normally get discussed on the forum after the transfer window closes. With a number of players adding to the injury list, and a huge number of games ahead, are there any potential short term gems the club could consider.

It's no wonder celebs and stars get burgled and held to random when they flaunt their wealth and possessions. publicly like this. Can imagine Shane's security will need upgrading as every big time criminal drauls over what a amazing target this property presents. Lord forbid it ever happens and Shane and family get to live out their well earned life style in peace and safety

Pathetic SUN journo still thinks Koeman is our manager and will be upset to lose Ryan in our coming matches against Burnley, Man City and Chelsea. One of the biggest lack of knowledge by a newspaper of late. https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/1937718/ryan-bertrands-new-season-with-england-wrecked-by-hamstring-injury-after-just-19-minutes-of-malta-mauling/

TARGET from T-ARA -
Possible the delay has been deliberate to avoid the media on their return. Puel said the would train before going to the airport and would have a day to rest before the game on Sunday. .
-
He has been retained by England so why should he be disappointed?
-
Jimmy Floyd Hasselbeck, the biggest catch so far. Provides the Dutch connection which could show even bigger fish. Interesting how International breaks were to be used to cover up overseas trips. Can remember a recent Saints manager who was quick to head off overseas during International breaks.
-
Time to remind Claude what his name stands for: P = Please U =Use E = English L = Language Language aside we have a manager who really knows the game, who is active, inspires and believes in what he's doing. He's going to take us to new levels and into whole new realms of football.

All Bein sports channels are available for free on Mobdro. Just don't know at this time which one is supposed to be showing the Palace. At a guess I would go for one of those that are shown on French TV.
