Better yet, why not do away with the food outlets at SMS altogether? Think how much extra beer space that would free up. While I'm at it, get some decent stuff in on high-speed draught pumps, with a buffer zone of 20 pints lined up at the counter and a dedicated pint-puller to keep them replenished.
