Found this on google; Possible solution that is not mentioned by customer service- is just a small thing- unplug unit- let rest for 30 mins, HOLD POWER BUTTON DOWN FIRST THEN PLUG BACK IN- hold for 30 secs, unplug for 30, then plug back in.
