This. Plus, I cant see NC or NA hanging around long if we dont get promotion this season or next, so imho there really isnt a downside to promotion because if it doesnt happen we arent going to just cruise along in the NPC. I'm enjoying this season though....

A bit harsh. Our Nigel left scunny to go to a club with more finance and ambition, and fair do's to him. Cant blame Pearson for being interested in leaving Hull for any reason tbh, and especially not for a move to a club with deep-pocketed backers.

Fair comment, but posters on here always seem to flag up even the ordinary highlights on other clubs version before its available on saints player.

Anybody else having problems with their vodafone mobile in Bassett? My sister-in-laws whole family lost their signals earlier today. We had no problems in Nursling, used the phones again since then, as soon as we arrived at their house ours died as well. There are six mobiles in the place, all not working, wtf?

Just get a decent room stat fitted to the boiler. Shouldnt cost much. Gas is hideously pricey, but still less so than heating with electricity.

Theyre even slower than driving. I've done the national express twice now, its about 2 and a half hours, isnt it? I can drive there and back on twenty quid tops, far as I'm concerned if I'm getting the coach I might as well drive myself, especially if theres a few of us.

Not the point really, is it. Our rail network is a joke. Why is it cheaper for one person to drive to london and back than to catch a train? Its just ridiculous. What is it now from Soton central to waterloo, thirty-plus quid for a day return?? for a 150-mile round trip? Daylight robbery.

To be fair, anyone two nil down to us at the moment is going to throw the kitchen sink and try to salvage something. Posh did it tuesday night and looked like they might just snatch a point. Its those times you want to see us walk away with the points, we arent going to cruise every game.
