He isn't garbage. He is a decent player but he is having a really bad season. Most people here who I speak to don't rate him because he is pretty lazy. My point of view is the money we are offering is way off what he is worth. He isn't a goal scoring machine so I find it baffling as that is what we really need. We missed a trick on Pavoletti. Who would have been perfect for us. But he looks as though he will be replacing Gabbi at Napoli.

Maybe I'm just dumb but the whole save players from injury thing doesn't make much sense to me. We have what 5 games until then? Can players not get injured in those ones? Or is Puel going to make them play in zorbs?

Exactly. We should keep playing this team until then as it doesn't matter what the results are until then.

I think my issue with it is if we put out a stronger team and lost then fair play, we gave it a go. We haven't given it a go. We set up basically not giving a ****. It's OK for us lot sat in our warm houses but what about those who paid money for tickets and everything that goes with that? A lot of them are already questioning the board and manager. Why give them more ammo for criticism? I am all for the youngsters being given a chance but you don't see spurs, citeh and utd etc doing that. They win things because they try every game. We do not have the squad to make the amount of changes we do. The team had no balance and the youngsters will learn little.

I think the commentator made a very good point. We won't finish 5th let alone above. Arsenal are going for the title and have champions league. Their weakened selection is fair enough. The fa cup isn't a priority for them. Us on the other hand have a cup final. Which is fantastic. The problem is we could lose that. Why give up on your only route into Europe beyond that? Having two chances is better than one. Very poor decision making by Puel and heeps pressure on him that was not needed.

Kinda feel sorry for Lewis. Been thrown to the wolves. Should of picked a few more senior players and bring them off towards the end. Not the other way around Imo. This is going to be 5 or 6 hope the club hooks up those who paid with priority tickets for wembley or something.

Don't rate him at all. Having a really poor season. £20m+ for him is way over what he is worth. So many better players in serie a than him.

Will be a huge loss for us. Gutted for him as he has been amazing this season. Hopefully Yoshida and Stephens can do the job. Reed done ****ed up again.

I felt we were very comfortable today. Much better going forwards. Everyone puts in a shift. My motm is Tadic just because he was our spark the entire game. Should of had another assist for the goal that was not offside. Jwp was excellent first half but second was not as good.

Not jwp biggest fan but he has been great today. He has been in the mix and won a few headers too which is very good considering his size. Hope he keeps it up . I also think Tadic and Romeu have been excellent. Some very decent crosses by Cedric too. Redmond and Yoshida are a bit meh. When he ran out with the ball totally shat myself.
