  1. That list is way way out of Date most have been sold or are non trading
  2. I have a huge issue with this and I still think we will get a points deduction SLH main business is SOUTHAMPTON FOOTBALL CLUB The press conference was held at SOUTHAMPTON FOOTBALL CLUB The sign behind the admin staff at the pressconference was SOUTHAMPTON FOOTBALL CLUB The main assets are SOUTHAMPTON FOOTBALL CLUB, the players of SOUTHAMPTON FOOTBALL CLUB, Staplewood the training fround for SOUTHAMPTON FOOTBALL CLUB, the SOUTHAMPTON FOOTBALL CLUB trainee lodge and Jacksons Farm There will be staff redundancies from SOUTHAMPTON FOOTBALL CLUB and not SLH. As for Jacksons farm well this was given to Saints by a director of SOUTHAMPTON FOOTBALL CLUB to SOUTHAMPTON FOOTBALL CLUB
  3. works great!
  4. good question but this makes a mockery of the 10 points thing! Our main business is Southampton Football Club The press conference was held at Southampton Football Club The sign behind the admin staff at the pressconference was Southampton Football Club The main assets are Southampton Football Club, the players of Southampton Football Club, Staplewood the training fround for Southampton Football Club So the money from the games should goto Southampton Football Club
  5. quality spen ****ing quality!
  6. thats it rupes! A "no entry" sign at SMS - Take the hint and dont come back
  7. cya!!!! http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/resources/images/868865/?type=display
  8. having seen the pic, I would agree, but they might have escorted him out of the building and then let him him make his way to the car?
  9. Wilde and Lowe have just been escorted from the premises Also apparently Lowe has said "that there is nothing to stop him purchasing the company form the administrators" Now I personally dont beleive that he could as I dont think he has the money but could you imagaine it more to follow when I hear
  10. I should think are all rubbing their hands now! Selling their shares for between 50p and 65p to Wilde and Crouch. I know hindsight is a wonderful thing but surely with the way things have been going most people would have know that the share price was on a continual fall. Are all those who sided with Lowe now kicking themselves? and in fact Lowe? Didnt Crouch make an offer at 65p a share for Lowes shares? And he said Yes on the condition you buy up all the rest of his allies? Now Wilde and crouch have lost between them approx £5m, who is that going to hit the hardest, I think we all know the answer to that? How many of these guys now wish they hadnt bothered to invest or listened to other people and kept their shareholding? People like Askham, Richards even Lawrie Mac will have to look seriously at their savings / pensions now as SLH shares did play a big part in that and now are worth **** all!
  11. is just means that every football club in the ****e will now form a parent company and subsiduries inside it. Just imagine if AFC Bournemouth had made a parent company a few years ago and Luton too Bournemouth Leisure Holdings Bournemouth Football Club Limited Bournemouth Retail Limited Luton Leisure Holding etc etc This will not happen, Im sure the FL has seen this loophole, and before anyone says anything he has **** all do with being on the LSE
  12. Right you watch every football club going, create a new limited company as a holding company so they can avoid the deductions. It just aint gonna happen, especially as Football is the main revenue stream for SLH
  13. So, does this mean that as SLH are no longer here or being run by an administrator, the Limited company setup for the football club will be run by the football board? Lowe, Wilde, Jones etc etc I dont see how they can? If an administrator comes in to deal with SLH surely they will be overseeing the football club, if this is the case then why are we not getting deducting points? You also have other companies here such as Saints Event Management, Stadia etc
  14. I agree totally, they are too closely tied things. The assets, the loans, even the board! Leeds were LEEDS UNITED Limited and had various companies such as LEEDS UNITED RETAIL LIMITED LEEDS UNITED STADIUM LIMITED LEEDS UNITED ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED The parent company went tits ups as we know and all of these companies are disolved or in liquidation. Now they just run as LEEDS UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED. This is the same scenario as we are in the parent company has gone tits up and we want to run as Southampton Football Club Limited, so surely Leeds woudl have a case
  15. I agree totally, they are too closely tied things. The assets, the loans, even the board! 16. Problem is that SLH's main revenue stream is now football! I dont think the football league will take kindly to this!
  17. If true it either because 1. The cap value of the club has fallen below the threshold ie £3m 2. Major shareholders have agreed a price for their shares from a 3rd party. if one why wasnt it last week when the admin deadline was in place, if two Im surprised that the share price hasnt risen as someone where would have said something and the city always hears things first. But me personally I think it is one (hope to be proved wrong) as for a company to lose 33% of it value in 2 days is a major ****up!
  18. would a sky dish work with their lnb (im trying to cost cut here!!!) and a new dreamcast?
  19. need a photographer
  20. BBC Micro - Chuckie Egg rules Dragon 32 Commadore Vic 20 - I brought a 64k ram upgarde via a cartridge and cost me £89 Commodore 64 - Loved it GameBoy MegaDrive PS1 PS2 Wii PC
  21. Sorry but even Im getting bored now.................!
  22. have to say Im very impressed. Funny thing is while we were looking at our house, we saw our car etc, but then went to look at a friends house, our friend and my missus were stood in the drive way looking the "google car". So she is chuffed now
  23. I remember mid 90's there was a break in the football calendar, and I went to Tenerife with my ex girlfriend. We walked into Linekars bar, only to find the whole Saints team on the ****. All I can say is what a great 2 days I had, although my ex wasnt happy about it! We stayed up that year and the team spirit was great.
  24. Well I usually do the next 5 games thread but as things are so tight, Im looking at the remaining 8 games. Blackpool Away Charlton Home Watford Away Wolves Away Palace Home Sheff Wed Away Burnley Home Forest Away Now looking at previous seasons in the CCC, it seems that at least 52 points is needed for saftey. So at present we need 13 points from 8 games. It is very achievable but my main concern is that a few of these games are more than 6 pointers! If we lose to the likes of Blackpool, Watford, Forest etc the gap is widening much quicker! Also looking these fixtures I really havent got a clue on what points we would get, Im totally stumped. So do you reckon we will get 13 points from these remaining games to reach the magical 52, or do you think the points needed this season for saftey are going to be higher
