That probably was not Saeijs. In the week before he joined us he almost signed for ADO, I doubt very much that he was training with us at that time. Besides, he would have had a league match just after xmas.

Besides that DMG has played on the wing on several occasions as well, that should be taken in to account when judging his goal tally. But even though I think DMG has potential he drifts in and out of matches to often and I think even if Saga perhaps scores less then DMG we will be better as a team with him.

That's what I was thinking but perhaps we are waiting until we know what division we will be playing in.

Some brilliant displays so far this season and probably our player of the season already. I was wondering if Saints are even going to try to extend his contract or if we should prepare for Bart in goal next season. Any inside info?

I'm not sure the experiment is over so to say (if it even was an experiment, its been tried before at various levels). When you look at the teamsheet yesterday we had loads of young players that have re-sale value and are perhaps cheaper salary wise. With James, Molyneux, Schneiderlin, Surman, BWP, DMG and Holmes we had 7 player that were 23 or younger. With Lallana fit I think it might become 8, I would say that the policy is still the same although we just brought in some extra talented youngsters from other clubs to add to the ones we had ourselves. The big difference yesterday was that we had Saeijs who took up the Killer role.

WTF, did we sign van der Sar as a centre back?! He sounds exactely like him.

How many numbers does the lottery have in the UK and what range.
-
For the ones that were there*, did Saeijs play well and how important was he to the clean sheet? *I know its a bit early but I just wanted to write that topic title.

SaintsTV said it was deserved so it can't have been as scrappy as it has been made out. Three points are always good and nice to get a cleansheet for Saeijs and Molyneux, that will give them (and the rest of the defense) some confidence.

FT! WHoohooo!!!
-
With all that speed upfront we should be able to score from a nice counter attack.
-
Bart warming up. Please no.
-
McLaggon coming on.
-
I'd rather play with him then with speed demons like Dyer and BWP, at least Holmes has an end product that is useful.
-
My god, how much have we missed Holmes since he was injured. The width and his crosses are essential to our play.
-
****ing yesss!!!!!!
-
Indeed he isn't, we bought him. But you are right, DMG is playing to far from Saga by the sounds of it. He keeps being crowded out.

We could score.
-
Not losing, both sides had chances eventhough Barsleys were perhaps the better ones we could have been in the lead as well. We haven't been giving away chances by the dozen so a goal could/should be enough for the win.

Seems like it, this is what the BBC Live Text Commentary said.

so far so good.
