  1. Perhaps if you shaved your ear hair you'd hear them.
  2. Good thinking Baj. Try it in a different USB port or a powered hub if you have one.
  3. Thank you. I obviously got confuzzled with all my copys and pastes.
  4. I've listed the whole lot on eBay now as there were no definite sales. Links in Buy/Sell forum.
  5. Canon 24-105mm f/4L lens Sigma 14mm f/2.8 lens Sigma 30mm f/1.4 lens Canon Extender 2x teleconvertor Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 lens Canon Speedlite 550EX flash Canon WFT-E1/E1A wireless file transmitter Canon EOS 40D DSLR body Canon BG-E2N battery grip
  6. More info required. What type of interface? 90% chance it's USB. What happens on-screen when you plug it in?
  7. A likely story. When was the last time your missus paid for a gig?
  8. Probably there if you spend a minute googling. This may work.
  9. It's a normal photo that's been Photoshopped to give the appearance of a miniature model. There's a famous Italian photographer who actually achieves the effect using a Tilt and Shift lens out of a helicopter rather than digital editing. http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2008/11/16/beautiful-examples-of-tilt-shift-photography/
  10. I think so. Try it and see what you think.
  11. I think that picture would look better if you cropped the buildings off the top. They don't quite look right. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showpost.php?p=17177&postcount=9
  12. Irrespective of that, it does make you wonder when the police aren't even aware of the law themselves and make it up as they go along. I would strongly advise all photographers to digest the contents of the guide linked on the page and carry a copy around with them in their camera bag.
  13. It's the Mark I so about £120 I guess. None on eBay but used Mark IIs are about £160.
  14. Body-only seems to be going for £450-500 on eBay, so £430. New ones are £560 at Warehouse Express and £580 on Amazon. It's a genuine Canon battery grip which go for £90-110, so £500 if you want that as well and I'll also chuck in an additional OEM battery on top of the genuine Canon one I'd supply with the body. It hasn't had a lot of use recently as it's my 3rd body.
  15. No worries. I realise it's not the best time to be trying to sell anything. I have a load of other stuff I'm selling if you know my Flickr photostream. PM if you don't. Sigma 30mm f/1.4, Sigma 14mm f/2.8, Speedlite 550EX, EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8, 2× Extender, WFT-E1/E1A wireless file transmitter. There will be an EOS 40D and battery grip included soon but I have to get some pictures of it first. All of this is used, but in good condition. Generally, I'm looking for the typical eBay price less what I'd pay in eBay and PayPal fees.
  16. Brand new, boxed with lens hood, carry case, European warranty card, etc. £650 Hi-res images available (taken with another 24-105mm ) PM for link. These typically sell for £700 from HK sellers on eBay (with an inevitable Customs bill for the equivalent of the VAT and good luck getting any warranty out of Canon in Europe) or >£800 online from a UK seller. I'd be grateful if any muppets leave their comments in the appropriate forum.
  17. If they sound fine when testing there's nothing wrong with them and it's probably a setting. You may have a setting which adds a echo to try and simulate the sound in a large auditorium or hall.
  18. € Yes it does. Have you got Num Lock on?
  19. oh noes!!!!!
  20. Why does it taste so bad when you mix mint and orange? Did I ask that in time?
  21. The reason why is because accessing the Character Map is all that I know about computers. That and searching for free porn.
  22. All these is readily available on your PC under the "Character Map" which can also show you the output for the various typefaces installed on your PC. Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Character Map I'm sorry it took me so long to respond StL.
  23. How about losing the plural? Does "give you one week notice" or "give you one week's notice" sound correct when you say it out loud?
  24. I think it's because the Bosingwa incident was mentioned in the ref's report and he made a conscious decision to not take any action at the time. Or maybe not. I've just read that report.

    New Website

It does seem to take quite a while to start up and the script error happens here as well. I really can't imagine there's any sort of market for landscapes, fauna or animal shots unless you've been specifically commissioned. You have People & Portrait Photography and a picture of what appears to be a bride but no specific mention of weddings.
