Thats a bit harsh on Parry to compare him with Gubba. He is, after all, still employed by Sky and regularly covers Prem matches. He was ITV's athletics correspondant so footy was his 2nd string in the 80s. His main claim to fame though, is that he was the co-commentator on Radio 2, with Peter Jones, on a certain Cup Final in 76. He covered the 1st half of each half and is therefore on the Cup Final LP, for those saddos that still play it. (smilies still not working)
