  1. Cricket I fear is going that way too
  2. Yes totally agree I am currently reading Match of the Millennium: The Saints' 100 Most Memorable Matches by Bob Brunskell Brings back all the atmosphere of lots of matches I saw at the Dell and elsewhere lots of bad games I watched too but the good ones I will remember for ever. Football is not what is was all money and moaning fans demanding success.
  3. Well I agree without cutting the wage bill significantly including Pearson's we would be in administration
  4. I agree Redknapp has proved to be a good manager but he was not good at SFC some of his tactics were niave. However that is in the past we should now get behind JP and look to the future. The young team will improve and possibly with some luck which appears to be missing could stay up like teams of the 1990s at the Dell
  5. I am getting bored with these posts and threads. It is the same day after day and it will get worse on Sunday after we lose. I dont care who is in charge as long as we start to improve in the next year or so. Wilde owns most share and he thinks Lowe is the best bet for the moment but Crouch may have his day
  6. bbc sports site not working
  7. I will take 1 0 How long left?
  8. 0 0 is no good really I want three points

Is it bad luck we have not scored or are we too anxious . Surely with the law of averages we must score soon
  11. good I dont want Cov to score
  12. Please can someone remind me when did we last score was it against this lot?
  13. McGoldrick tripped up outside penalty area perhaps No foul
  14. It is no wonder no one wants to become chairman with all the rude posters on here. I cannot see anyone else wanting the job when the fans start abusing when things go wrong
  15. Our major shareholders individually wealthy so why are they trying to make money out of SFC. I think the major shareholders lost control of the club when Hone etc were invited in and instead of planning for the future without parachute payments planned for the future with a takeover being completed.
  16. SMS is like any other Stadium and has no real advantage for the home team the Dell was unique with the fans so close to the play.
  17. If we had played Cardiff in 2003 instead of Arsenal we might have won the cup.
  18. We have only lost a few games I know things dont look good but it is not over yet
  19. That was in the old days before the Premier League which supports the bigger clubs getting bigger and the smaller ones getting smaller.
  20. I have no shares. The problem for administration for me is that the non playing staff and local companies supplying goods and services to SFC will suffer badly. We would lose our best players (if we have any best players ) and we could lose Staplewood and our whole Academy Structure
  21. Any chance of getting Sh**gy to play for England? Cant believe that Udal's nickname was censored
  22. Yes it is a very modern although relatively small ground near thw Airport in Antigua it is not as big or impressive as the Viv Richards Stadium in the middle of the Island.
  23. I think Mr Wilde has caused SFC a lot of grief a lot more than Mr Lowe Mr Lowe only got us relegated. Mr Wilde could lead us to relegation and administration
  24. I think you would be surprised at the level of debt in English Football I saw an article the other day http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/7656862.stm
