Well, even then that is not a 'Dutch' system (sorry, we have to brand everything so people can understand it), but a 'British' system. We went there to play for a 0-0 draw, in a very 'British' manner.

There is more than one formation with one up front, and we played a very different one last night to the formation we have used all season.

What 'Dutch system'? We played nothing of the sort yesterday, we played a 'British' 4-5-1 in the 1st half.

Wotte went with a plan to play 4-5-1 and stifle Norwich. Saganowksi, sadly, is not the most mobile of forwards. I can't have a go at him for choosing McGoldrick to start, as he has more pace. Sadly, we played a total of 0 decent balls to McGoldrick in the 1st half, so Alan Shearer could have been up there and it wouldn't have made a jot of difference.

We were pretty rubbish for the whole game, but got some luck. We need some luck at home. alpine_saint should shut up.

Pretty awful all round to be honest. Certainly don't think we deserved anything, but can't complain. What we need is some luck like that at home. Saints support was generally crap.

Looking at the history of what our fans think is best for the club, it would clearly be one of the worst moves ever.

To be fair, no-one got us to Wembley that year - the Cup Final was in Cardiff. There's some balance for you.

How long have you got?! But, in the main. Small village team (Llansantffraid FC) get into top league in Wales. Guy who owns Total Network Solutions buys club, changes name, brings in loads of outside players and merges with Oswestry Town. Guy then moves club to Oswestry, so small village team that did so well is now in tatters. Also, Ken McKenna, their manager for about 10 years, has to be one of the biggest arseholes ever.

Good luck to you Jan. It's a shame you felt you had to go - but the English game is not sensible anymore, and fans don't know what's best for them.

To be fair, I used that advice when I was a student. I found the alternative method to be best.

I was looking at recipes on BBC website the other day and came across this! Now, I'm an awful cook, but honestly, would anyone need a recipe to tell them how to make that?! (Also, the meal would be very dry, needs beans IMO).
