Are you sure about that?? I thought most football season tickets are stated to be non-refundable under normal circumstances (there are special cases, admin etc where you're considered as a creditor for the rest of the ticket)

Scoring is a problem for us, conceding is an even bigger one; Look at our results over the last 5 or 6 years, 1-0 at home and 0-0 away was our stock in trade for points gathering.
