This is the actual team for Rotherham or a hypothesis?
-
But Bovis do have an option don't they? Can you sell something to the highest bidder when someone has a long standing option for which they have paid 500K which would have to be returned ?
-
I don't know if the stadium is our major asset, I'm not au fait with stuff like planning permission and land values but I suspected in terms of straight cash and saleability Jackson's Farm has a greater value than SMS when you take away the residual mortgage on it.Now it would seem to me thatBovis have an option on JF until 2009, if we went into total administration could they not claim it at a knockdown price?

Maybe he doesn't want to sell, not at a loss anyway. Only the people who own the club can sell it, us uniting won't do any good in any respect apart from getting behind the team, playing our way out of the hole we're in and making the club a prospect worth buying. There are no billionaires queuing up to buy us , not even anyone with any money of their own-this myth just has to be dispelled once and for all so that we can get on with playing football with the team as it stands and the board as it is..

Ah right Professor Pangloss, all for the best in the best of possible worlds sort of stuff.

Anyone who's out through injury. The point being that when you have a "system" it is often only as good as it's component parts. If you have injuries the replacements can't always fulfill the exact role of the players they replace, thus you have to tweak the system to compensate. Holmes,Schneiderlin, even Gillett seem to be key in Jan's system, if they're out you may have to change to benefit.
-
But they're not available just now, which is the whole point of changing the system.James and Holmes aren't putting the crosses in which to Jan's mind is the problem, he's trying to play two all out attackers on the wings in McG and BWP, they aren't natural there so they keep drifting inside.
-
Lampard and Essien, 2 other brilliant players who are extremely hard.
-
Could be the rumourr going round at Skate that he's being eyed up for the Toon job again.Players are worried that they'd have to turn up and work at training instead of ritually swanning about.
-
Yep, out of position in the treatment room and onto the pitch.
-
Nope Schneirderlin is out,as is Gillett. Skacel WILL NOT play.Holmes still out as well.
-
we're playing Rotherham, I think it's the attacking plan that's going to be changed, 3-2-5, attackers are about all we've got left. We'll win 12-9
-
He's adjusting his game plan. Anyone who watch the mighty (TB less) Patriots get atomised by the Dolphins last evening would appreciate the finer points of a flexible game plan, if you think Saints are bad watch that Pats display,we're like Man City in comparison. One player does make a difference contrary to all the old sporting adages.
-
Nothing real about the fizzy badger p!ss they sell at SMS.Still pouring rights being pouring rights......
-
He's some sort of Yank I think, TT raves over him so he must be. Young 18 or so, looks 30 in his OS photo though.

But the bloke who drives their boat is a New Zealander, the swiss just pay for it no doubt,I don't really think you can say Switzerland won when it's not a swiss who's the main man. It's like all those Kenyans running for Gulf States. To me they're kenyans, always have been, always will be.

Anyway half the refereeing decisions nowadays are totally random and incomprehensible . I know it's a difficult job but they change the outcome of matches and can totally negate the effects of coaching, planning and investment. You can battle really hard, give your all to get a tough draw and then some dumb kint gives a totally undeserved penalty against you in injury time, puts everything you've done down to zero. You pay 30 million for a centre forward and some half-wit kicks him up in the air and gets a yellow, then there's goals like the one on saturday, the hand of god etc etc, the course of events is changed by wrong decisions. It has to stop-how? who knows.

You can't have Cricket in the OG, it's a game only played in the vestiges of Empire (and Holland-but they're crap ),just like Rugby-they are not global sports. To this end softball should be removed as well, along with basketball,archery,taekwakky,sailing-in fact every sport that isn't available to the entire planet.

You've missed the point BTF, perhaps my dissertation is badly phrased. Ballet is only used as an example of the kind of namby pamby event that is at present considered as a must for the Olympic Games. In the original version there were only events that required dexterity and physical strength, driving a chariot is not akin to running round the block in yer average Toyota. The games that require no realistic physical condition are snooker, darts and whatever else I said-Poker perhaps.

Commitment-the saviour of soul.

The problem with all these non forthcoming bids is that the raise people's expectations, they are therefore never content with what they have (OK it's not that great). Now if you didn't want to believe that Lowe et al will soon be ousted you might view their stewardship in a changed light, you might eventually but grudgingly accept that it will be the staus quo for the foreseeable future and get over it.Whilst there is even the remotest possibility that that is not so ,people will cling on to whatever straw is proffered,be it ever so unrealistic. Thus the club is destabilised, whoever is seeking to buy out the current shareholders for a knockdown price (cos it's all they can afford) will certainly not put any real facts into the public domain because that would be counter-productive.

that's what 3 games in 7 days does to you I'm afraid. Not even sure that the players haven't sort of unconciously put tuesday's game on a higher plane than Saturday's . It could bring them to Nirvanha. Tuesday's game will be our 4th in 10 days, the nucleus of the side is the same, there are adjustments but being down to 10 men at QPR for an hour, slogging it out against Ipswich and trying to do what was considered a divine right by the fans (winning against Barnsley) is taking it's toll. We've not much in the way of fresh legs available so maybe, just maybe they weren't as committed for the 50/50 balls as they should have been. If we win on Tuesday a "big" game is a nigh on certainty, unless we draw Cardiff away that is.
-
Yes I looked it up a bit but found no real answer, if you sell 1000 tickets at 20£ and give 15000 away you're in dump apparently, unless you're a registered charity licensed for mixed trading or something like that. Don't know what the percentage is though. However selling stuff at a loss is considered as dumping-whatever that may be and a surcharge may be dded.
-
can't see why they'd do that, the 892tickets must have been sold by Barnsley anyway.Perhaps they're all so rich up in that god-forsaken hole that they buy tickets and don't go to matches.
