Ah yes the Puma WC boots, pink and turquoise, wags are probably wearing them to shopping trips now.
-
I like black boots, tasteful, monotone hand made ones like RvPs for preference, don't think they have a brand on them at all, could be wrong, not studied them too closely. No stripe, no swooshes no name of a big cat plastered all over them.

Losing this game is inconceivable (then again so was losing at Burnley). We'll win but how many cards will we get and who'll get injured, that's the problem. If we start Morgan and Victor we'll have to take one off if the other gets a card, Davis looks to be out so we'll have to risk JWP again..not sure that that's very wise, nope can't see this game doing us any good in the greater scheme of things. Pelle got 3 out of his 5 cards in the C1C...was it worth it ?
-
Only if they win.
-
In fact they've been cracking down on the tribal zones and the Khyber pretty hard of late, Uncle Sam has even given them a reward for their efforts. Opinion seems to be that the Taleban are rattled and desperate and that this reprisal may end in their total destruction.
-
unfortunately I think the aim is to extract money from boot companies and not not be seen dead in Saturday Night Fever Dancing Pumps.
-
But as we're approaching the half way stage we'll soon have an all things being equal apart from home/away calendars so we may have a good idea where everyone stands. That said weren't stats being bandied abou a few weeks back that no team in second position after N games bar one had failed to qualify for the CL etc etc etc?. Our recent results are poor, theirs are better.

I'm not in charge of the Pakistani Army though am I. There will be terrible reprisals for this, count on it.
-
Perhaps "we" didn't try hard enough. In fact the Pakistanis do have some drones, not sure of their range or capability though but in this case I don't think the Pakistani Army are going to take this lying down. In fact they may just do whatever it is that they want and tell the reticent politicians to get forked. They've been active in the tribal areas recently and it could be that the insurgents are getting rattled because their tame politicians aren't covering them any more.
-
Do the Pakistanis operate drones then ? Not at all sure that they do. Anyway the Taliban and other fanatics will carry on until there is one vicious and unprecedented action against them, perhaps it's for very soon.
-
Probably because they don't have a reliable source, can't see pubs hacking in to BeIn Middle East feeds really. BeIn are showing Chelsea-Derby in France, probably the same in the rest of Europe.
-
Noticed that Morgan blacked his Magistas out for the City game and Victor did the same against Utd. Also noticed a pair of shiny new Adidas's being broken in by one of them today. New boot deals in the offing for both of them ?
-
The real solution to a problem that should not even exist, KD should have been put out to pasture, the two others loaned out to await the expiry of contracts and a decent back up to Forster signed.
-
Let's face it, if you're not considered better than Davis anyway you might as well pack it in as far as being a PL keeper is concerned, just asked out of interest really.
-
Whoosh... that told us well and good then.
-
So he's been demoted is that right ?
-
No, but So long Marianne roughly fits the bill, at last,
-
Doesn't look like it, lots of clips of him on the gallery, then again there are a lot of clips of Cropper and Isgrove as well. What's happened to Gazza? Is he injured or on loan somewhere, Cropper seems to be our number 3 keeper now.
-
You forgot the riverboat promotion outing arranged in about September of the previous year.
-
Correct, got something else planned for that week-end.
-
Well I certainly hope that we don't get beaten by Everton on Saturday, 5 defeats on the trot is very poor form indeed, especially if 3 of them are at home...ah but you'll all say we beat Sheff Utd to which I'd reply..so what..not interested in the C1C because we won't win it anyway.

Good times on the waste ground by the Belvedere Rd bridge shouting up london, down pompey and ferkin diesel, underlining numbers in a sort of train spotters diary.
-
Were those the 34000s or 35000s ?
-
next above them hopefully though.

And the much maligned Downing actually plays pretty well in every game. We'll see what happens when they get key injuries though.
