Can't answer for Dodd don't know anything about the U18s but it's fairly noticeable that our young stars tend to bypass the U21s a bit. For me there is much too much wastage in that category.

Few other of our players do that, he must have a relatively limited freedom of expression clause. The U18s have had quite a decent campaign I think apart from getting turned over by Charlton in the FA Youth Cup. The U21s,well there I'm not so sure, seem to remember they've been a bit erratic.

I could see the U21 coach getting the boot though, not a great season and a few not really fulfilling expected potential.
