I thought Roma's problem is that they have too many Non EEC players though so couldn't play Gaston this season and were going to loan him out to Bologna (from whence he came). I don't think Bastos has a second nationality (altthough he could of acquired French nationality because he was with Lille and Lyon for a fair while). no it's a bottomless pit; To stay in the PL you have to spend vast amounts of money, to gain any sort of success you have to spend 10 times as much. It's a game for very rich men, men with untold wealth and everlasting sources of income.

How do you know she doesn't need the money, I certainly don't. Wouldn't have inherited everything anyway, perhaps there wasn't much to inherit, certainly seems to never have had any intention to keep the core businesses running under the Mali banner.
